Turns out, the person working at the time didn't complete ANY of the requested orders, so nothing was done until today when I called up there. As Hugh became volatile, I asked to speak with someone else who wasn't him, and he refused, but he also refused to give me back my prescriptions. THIS IS NOT LEGAL. Luckily I was able to have someone obtain my emergency inhaler, but he is truly sick and should not be providing any type of medical service. I filed a complaint with CVS but will also be filing one with the state of Michigan. Go literally anywhere else!

When they arrived, the pharmacy stated the wrong first name was on appointment. DOB was right. So they were denied the testing and turned away. Later that evening, my wife got an email from Rite Aid referencing my daughters Covid appointment. Funny how they had daughters name and DOB correct in the email. So there is a disconnect somewhere with this pharmacy with their unwillingness to make things right.
