But if you have anything that's remotely sedative (controlled or not) they make you go through the hoops and degrade you and put you underneath a microscope. There could be four Pharmacist and each one will give you a different answer as to when you can have it filled. It is the most ridiculous place. It's all subjective. They have no consistent protocols. It is absolutely pathetic and if you need to call in to have your prescriptions ready the same Dane rather than their default pick up of three days later, you wait 45 minutes to talk to someone. 45 minutes consistently horrible horrible horrible place. I went in-person and discussed status on my RX, they said they are waiting for Preauthorization. A week later I go in again and they said they never received the RX ever. I showed them my voice mail saying it was in process. I also told them I spoke with them in-person. But they have no record of the RX!! So back to square one with the DR resending it to them. Their drive thru is constantly closed. They are rude and unprofessional. I asked when refilling another RX what time would it be ready and she snarkly said a few hours. I asked about what time? She said "I told you a few hours". I then asked in "two hours"? She said no... 3 hours. Why didn't she just tell me that in the first place? Instead of being rude and flippant about it!

The pharmacists have always been helpful and typically available when you need them. You cannot always find what you need at a grocery store or a superstore, so we rely on this place. In general, the prices are a bit higher than a grocery store or superstore, but they typically have all of those drug store products you need and a good assortment of drug store makeup, plus I always love all of the holiday goodies and odds and ends you find for gifts.

Then told me they have a cleaning company that cleans it (wait he told me he cleaned it 2 days ago)! If this is what they alow customers( whom some are sick) to see and deal with, what does what customers can't see look like? Are they clean? About a week ago, I called in our dogs Gabapentin prescription. We've been getting it at Walmart for months now. Not just that, but two other medications for her as well. Gabapentin has now become a drug that vets offices can no longer sell and it's classified as some sort of different drug (not sure what it's called or how it works) that raised the price from $16 to about $60 for 60 pills (30 doses). Anyway, I called in a refill on it and they made me talk to the pharmacist and he told me how they switched it over to a different kind of drug now and we can't get it and I told him that our prescription is through our vets office, and we have about 6 or so refills left. He said "I will figure it out" and hung up on me. I figured he'd call once he figured it out and it was refilled but they never called. I finally called tonight and they put me on the phone with him again and he rudely told me that it's been sitting there for 9 days and nobody came to pick it up. I told him that he never said he refilled it or was going to. I said that he didn't tell me what was happening so I wasn't just going to walk in expecting her pills to be ready. He said "uh huh. We're open until 9 tonight. Goodbye." There are a couple of girls who work there that are also not pleasant to speak to and when you go to pick up the medication, they make you feel like you're doing something wrong and they talk to you like you're stupid. If you're looking for an easier, nicer pharmacy, I would recommend Costco or CVS. They're probably cheaper too!

The women's bathroom was clean. It seems to be a bit smaller in size than some other Supercenters but appeared to be well stocked with the basics and a few additional items. I was able to find some of the food items that I may typically acquire at a Walmart so that's a plus for me. Like most Supercenters, there are a few additional services/businesses available inside, potentially adding to the convenience of shopping here: Subway, Walmart Vision & Glasses, Jackson Hewitt Tax Service and FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. Overall, an A-Ok place to shop.

Thank goodness this pharmacy was open on a Sunday night! It was really one of the only places to…read morego. Had a sick child and needed to get medication after 6:00 PM on a Sunday. Most places closed early, this place saved the day so we could start the medication right away. We also did not need to put in any insurance information or our personal information. It was already there by the time we arrived. No hassle and available in a bind. Thank goodness.

Just because, "you been getting your adderall for a year, why do I have to get a Physicians Authorization?" Means you didn't do your job to contact your doctor to make the necessary appointments. Yes CVS can contact with your authorization, but as a patient it is your responsibility to make those calls and appointments to continue your medication. I have been to this location a few times. Each time there is irate customers who do not understand that process. They also do not get why insurances have to have the approval from doctors before prescriptions can be filled. The staff have handled everything with elegance and friendly responses. Though customers do not see it that way. Because how the pharmacy handles these customers and how diligent they are to solving and filling medications they get 5 stars.
