The lines can absolutely be long and tedious but they do have the two lanes that don't seem to get utilized enough. I try to go at less busy times and once I get to the window my service is always fast. They already have a card on file and having the app helps so much with knowing when to pick up and get refills. I am so tired of them telling me they have my prescription, me telling them the day I will pick it up, and them not having it when I get there. There is new staff..much better attitude. I felt like the pharmacist was concerned and interested. The other staff were working very hard and they kept their cool under some pretty stressful situations. Just another horrible experience at our local Walgreens. For over a year now, we receive text messages and emails that our prescriptions are ready. It never fails that when we arrive for pick up, nothing is ready and no one has a clue as to where the prescription are located. The staff is SLOW AND RUDE. They are never helpful. We average a minimum of 20 mins for pick up. The experience is consistent...consistently exhausting and frustrating! read more

Every single communication I have had with this pharmacy has been a lie. I've been lied to multiple times about when a prescription would be filled. I've been lied to about what drugs they have available in their inventory. My time is too valuable to waste with this train wreck of a pharmacy. I would strongly advise going somewhere else. I have to add my single star to the long list of dissatisfied customers. Their app says I had a refill available but when I went to pick it up they said I needed a renewal. I contacted my doctor who said I should have another 3 months of meds available. Now I have to make yet another trip, stand in line to argue with them about getting my prescription meds dispensed. It's not even worth the one star, but I had to select it. The pharmacy is AWFUL. On hold for over an hour to talk to someone, the guy put me back on hold and disconnected the phone call. No call back or answers. Back on the phone for 30 minutes, got disconnected again when put on hold. I called again, same thing. I called my doctor and transferred my script to CVS, that was faster and more effective than trying to get a hold of someone there. Worst pharmacy ever. Over 2 weeks back logged on getting pain medication. Was without medication for a week, then order didn't arrive, and the whole time they had partial fills they could have offered me. Got partial refill today, but taking all my business now to CVS. All walgreens are on back order, you are better off going somewhere else. This occurrence is one of many, and to be denied and strung along that long, I am fed up. Better off going to CVS. This pharmacy is by far the worst I've ever been to. First they tell me my script would be ready in 15 minutes. Then another 20 minutes. I waited an hour and a half just for these dumb fucks tell me my insurance is not active? When clearly it was. Rite Aid filled my script in under 5 minutes. I have a complaint about this lady named Maris I think but she is such a rude person I have no idea how she got hired because I asked her a question and she said I don't know and I said you work here you should know and she said in the brattiest way Yup and treated me like an idiot at check out she got super impatient and started mumbling and was just rude in every way. YIPES, YELP!!! Many not wearing masks...no enforcement.....TERRIBLE! RISKY. I went in and 1/2 the people in the store (about 5) weren't wearing masks and showed no appreciation for any type of social distancing. I asked the cashier (a young male) why they weren't enforcing mask wearing and he said "the store management tells us not to try and enforce"......why does the management of a health oriented store not care about the health and lives of the many many elderly customers that come in there on a regular basis? read more

This is where I get all of my prescriptions filled. They fill them in a timely manner whenever I drop them off. They used to be 24 hours but are currently open until midnight. The only downfall is the wait in the drive through. I have waited a long time in it on multiple occasions. Seems like everybody with issues uses the window when they should be walking themselves inside. That's the only complaint thus far. read more

Absolutely terrible. Always incredibly long wait times and delays. Filling a simple prescription could take a couple hours and in some cases might not even be the same day. Change in insurance? Hours more in delays. And when you need your meds, delays sucks. I'm not exaggerating when I say that it's so bad I almost wonder if they do it on purpose. I just happened to stumble upon another pharmacy in Clarkston at the suggestion of my daughter's pediatrician: Medcenter is amazing. I walked in there as a new customer with no insurance on file and walked out with 3 prescriptions filled in less than 5 minutes. This is what customer service feels like. They have always been very helpful, they open extra registers when line gets long and are hands on with helping at the photo stations. I am always greeted with a smile and they always seem to go out of there way to help me find what I need. The staff will go out of their way to find new and creative ways NOT to fill your prescription. They filled my prescriptions the other day, with no date written on them, but refused to fill my daughters. Because the doctor didn't write a date on the prescription. Cost me a 4 hour back and forth run to try to fill it all because a rude clerk was having a bad day. Never mind all the correct information was on it, and they had filled it last month (more on that in a moment). When i said, just write the date on it they replied "that would be forging a signature. Rite Aid filled it from the computer in 10 mins even though i had never been there before. I did have to drive to one 40 miles away that actually had the medication without any heads up. That's not the end of it. The time before that they were practically accusing me of selling my kids ADD meds on the street because i got my daughters information wrong...like i don't know what my kids name and birth date are...an hour of yelling later...Wrong kid, similar name. If you have more then one script they will give you odd amounts of all of them to keep you coming back as much as possible on the off chance you might use the stupid card in the store to buy their overpriced gas station garbage. All the while parroting that stupid "Be Well" slogan, dripping with sarcasm like you are in that dumb demolition man movie. It turned into a constant battle every time i came in it turned into whats going to be wrong this time. I should never have bothered, thinking OK...its just bad luck. I assure you it is not. Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else FIRST. You would have better luck filling your prescriptions at a drive through liquor store then here. read more

If I didn't have sensitivity to various generics carried by other pharmacies I would NEVER come here. They are always out of medications, which is not any one person's fault, but when I went there to drop of an RX the lady at the window was the most antagonistic, unprofessional person. After calling yesterday, I arrived this morning and was told they were out of my RX. Rightfully annoyed, I asked for my RX back, rather than just giving me back the paper she proceeded to raise her voice and bark at me through the window. I literally didn't say ONE WORD to her about not having the medicine. When I pointed that out she said she saw me roll my eyes and proceeded to speak in a loud voice. I literally put my hand up and said, "lets not do this." I don't know in what situation as a customer you should ever have to be the one to diffuse a situation with an employee of a business because they want to argue. So unprofessional. read more

I would rate this place zero if possible. I don't whether it's the staff, the management of this store or just the walgreen paradigm. Years ago my employer required that employees use walgreen with their prescription plan, so I did. The first time that was changed i quickly moved all our scripts. Today my husband and I had to have scripts filled that were not in our regular refill program with the other pharmacy and for some reason he picked walgreens. We went and there were 5 people in line ahead of us (understaffed?). We were told our scripts would take at least 2.5 hours to fill. They told us that is we signed up for text notification we would be texted right away and thauld be the most efficient way to go, so we did. 3 hours later I called THEM and inquired about the status of our scripts. I was told they were ready. I asked why we didn't get a text. I was told that the lights had flickered and that might have messed with the phone system. So I went to the store and again there were 5 people aheat of me. When my tern finally came I asked the clerk when they actually had been filled and was given a not very shortly after we had dropped them off and looking at the prescription bag it was marked "waiting" meaning that we could have waited and saved a return trip. This is nothing compared to the frustrating situations I would have when I had to deal with them on a regular basis years ago. Today was a reminder of why I need to avoid this place. read more
