The store was clean and had plenty of items. There were limited T-Shirts that had "Michigan" on them. The parking lot was large.

No longer to the pharmacy personnel answer the phone. If you have a problem, leave a message. That is the function of Express Scripts, not a local pharmacy retailer. Tell the store manager to start service customers when they need service, not with it is convenient for the CVS store manager!! I went here last Tuesday to CVS in Holly MI on Grange Hall Rd. to fill my wifes perscriptions like I have done for the last 6 years or so. I drive 32 miles round trip passing many other pharmacies to go here. I gave the clerk my I.D. and he gave me her scripts. I asked about 2 that they have for me, the same script, that they have not been able to fill for over a month,They said it was on backorder. I said I expected it because I had not received a text saying I could pick it up, then I said to have a good night and waved. Last Wednesday morning at 9:30 A.M. I get a call from the pharmacist saying the clerk said I was rude and even gave the clerk the middle finger as I drove away! I told her nothing negative happened during the stop but she said they were not going to fill my perscrriptions any longer! I insisted the clerk was mistaken, maybe the guy after or before me and she said she would look at the video that they have of the drive through, and let me know. That was 5 days ago, nothing, no reponse. SHE was very rude and condesending, I even called Brian and spoke with him several hours later after SHE said she would look at the video and she had not done so yet. I think they should have done that first BEFORE they call someone the next day and accuse someone of being rude, and especially giving the clerk the middle finger! NONE of that ever happened. BUT, I have STILL not heard from them, and I have to take my wife back to the Dr. on Tuesday. THEY don't care about You as a customer or a patient., Now I'm looking for another pharmacy I guess. I'll find one closer to home, Since I was so rude to them? I'm 61 years old and I have never been accused of such behavior in my life! I'm thinking of calling an attorney. Defaming my character and making it difficult to procure my wifes medication? If my telling the clerk to have a good night Somehow hurt his feelings, he should not be working with the public. Apparently CVS has MORE than enough customers so they don't want or need your business.If you're looking for compassion, go somewhere else, you won't get any here!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! read more

I am new to Medicare and having problems getting my prescriptions refilled. I was visibly upset when they told me my prescriptions totaled more than $400. Instead of compassion and trying to help me find ways to save, the pharmacist was unconcerned. When I walked away, I heard her loudly insulting me to her coworkers for being upset. I was already trying not to cry because I cannot afford the medication, and then I hear them ridicule me. Yes, I know you are not Medicare and do not control costs. But that didn't make me feel better not help solve my problem. I left with inly 2 of my 4 medications. I guess the old school pharmacist that actually cared and treated customers with compassion is gone. Your day is coming, dear. I hope you receive more compassionate treatment. I will never use this pharmacy again. read more

This pharmacy had the glucometer strips that my mother needed. However the pharmacist and the store manager declined to sell the product because it "was not in the system." Additionally because it was "not in the system" the store manager stated that he would throw this unopened and unused product "in the biohazard bin." My diabetic mother was completely out of these specific glucometer strips and was overdue to have her blood sugar checked. Very disappointing customer service. read more

This CVS is always clean and organized. The pharmacy can take a bit longer than average but the people working are quite friendly. This store is smaller than some other stores I've been to and doesn't carry all of the newer, holistic products that have been picking up steam at other locales but it is still a quality CVS. read more

My wife went into your pharmacy five minutes to close desperately trying to get a prescription filled that I needed because I had been extremely sick . This prescription meant everything to me cause I needed relief from my Systems ASAP . Your pharmacist Bob ignored her until she said " HI " rolled his eyes said to her " you know we close in five minutes " he was rude and said " I can't find the prescription under that name " my wife explained to him that we went to a brand new urgent care and the doctor said that he sent it but was not sure if it went though so he gave her a paper prescription . He said nothing so my wife said " do you want me to go down to Prescriptions filled counter" then one of the girls grabbed the paper out of her hand and ran actually ran to fill my script . I never had any problem and your staff is great . But your pharmacist Bob needs to understand that once in awhile you need to go the extra steps to help and take care of a loyal customer ! It's not like we wanted to come in just before close and we never have !!! Explain this to pharmacist Bob please!!!! read more
