Also why do they open at 8am, they should be open at 7am so people can get their vehicles washed on their way to work. I made an appointment and dropped my car off the day prior and used their key drop off. They diagnosed the car the next day and already got my new tires on before the morning was up. The suspension issues I had unfortunately the part took abit to get from the dealership (not their fault), but they rushed to get it and got the entire vehicle fixed quick and at a very good price. Disappointed...This was the first time I tried using Marysville Auto. Went to them for a frontend…read morealignment. The first step before anyone does an alignment is to do a quick check on all the connection joints that affect a wheel alignment. They said that I need to have the ball joint replaced. Ok, I wanted to do that work myself. What was disappointing is they said the $55 for the time looking at the car, wouldn't be deducted from the $125 charge for the frontend alignment when I return. In the front end alignment write up, they indicated it included the inspection of front end components. Very sketchy!
