I'm a young female who relied on my car for safety especially in the area i was parked in. I walked around by myself in the middle of the night looking for my car. I called 2 different towing companies, neither had my car, i called the police department and they had no trace of my car. They damaged the front while towing it, i was showing all the documents possible. The employees there are extremely rude too. The one woman who was there, got in around 6:30AM/7am on Sunday morning with a ponytail and didn't speak much english was beyond rude. Shes a miserable DISGUSTING woman and I truly hope she gets the karma she deserves. this company needs to be shut down. They have a reputation for scamming people. I was told multiple different prices to pay as well, it kept changing. $200 to get my car out when it was illegally taken from me, despite showing the receipt. We have a BMW 535, a Kia Sportage and a Honda CRV. I scheduled an appointment for 8:00 am knowing that it would take the majority of the day to do all three. Especially the Beemer because I had the works done oon it. I'll start by saying he was a little early which is an anomaly in miami with most of the apts you make with companies of all sizes let alone a small privately owned business. David is a polite well spoken guy that can deal with anybody. He found a spot where he could work on the cars without causing any overdraft to land on my neighbors cars. I asked about his services to make sure my expectations would be met even to the level of seeing the products he uses. I didn't want to bother him while he was working so I told him to let me know when he was done or if he needed anything to drink or just come in from the intense heat. A while later , he called me to let me know he was done and I can't say enough how nice and clean the cars looked and felt. Each car had a vibrant shine and the interiors were cleaner than the day I bought them new. They even smelled great with the complimentary airfreshener he provided!! Who dies that anymore. He pointed out some area that he recommended I take advantage of some addl services he offers to make our cars stay looking their best inside and out. No pressure sales job but good technical information shared as a solution to certain areas of the car that need more work. All I can say is that I found my new mobile car wash and Detailing service that I will continue to use in Miami for the rest of the time I remain here. Two stars because of self checkout…read more The staff are rude. I asked about bathrooms, literally got an eye roll and a head toss in a direction. If you are looking for the bathrooms, they are in the back right corner of the store by the greeting cards. It is NOT labeled. You CAN see thru the little rectangle window a sign behind it for women's and Men's rooms. They are clean enough to use-ish. It's like using a national park porta potty bathroom, but with flushing toilets. The toilets are clean and the rest is...pick up some hand sanitizer before you leave. The carpet throughout the building is disgusting. We went to pick up some water (front left ) and they are restocking all over the store. I had to ask a worker lady to please excuse us so we could get thru. She stopped, looked me dead in the eyes, and and begrudgingly moved, eventually. We saw about 8 or 9 employees in our short visit. No one greeted us or even made eye contact to recognize that we even existed. Self checkout is the only saving grace. Several spots. I'd really avoid this location if you can help it.
