Even my road trip buddy came out of the men's room with a shocked look because he said the bathroom was so nasty. Now you know if a guy thought the men's room was unacceptable, it must've been really bad! If it wasn't an emergency, I probably would've just tried to hold it down the road a bit. But after a COVID-era road trip into the wilderness, it was the closest and quickest option. Perhaps I should've just gone in the woods. For real. There's an attached convenience store that's small, with a bunch of sketchy looking backpackers hanging around. I'd probably want to stop here with a buddy (if I had to stop here). Also note that if you are buying gas, keep on driving. There are much cheaper options a little later, and this Chevron jacks up their prices to rip off people who don't know better. The shelves were also pretty sparse, and the selection a bit thin too. Usually you can find just about anything you need in one of these stores, but unfortunately I'd say that you'd need to visit here and Ken's to guarantee you'll find what you need and may even find yourself driving to the next town for certain things. We did not expect a flat tire experience would turn into an absolutely positive encounter that actually made our day!
