We've been to Brum's a few times for oil changes and minor repairs and we're glad we did. We have found Brum's to be reliable, honest, timely, and reasonable. They have not tried to up sell anything, but at the same time informed me when (for example) I needed new rear tires. He asked where I had the front done and agreed they did good work. They are always pleasant and professional. I recommend Brum's very highly and will not go someplace else if Brum's can do the work!

It's an old 2000 jeep with 233000 miles. He came back and bled out the coolant system that was empty, replaced a valve cover. Then worked on the steering system and said it had to be aligned. I had doubts because the vehicle was unsteerable. He waved the the charges on that. I felt bad for that but took a last ditch chance on getting the alignment done. The diagnosis said they can't even believe he did the work due to as lol the rust under the vehicle and deemed that that the vehicle is no longer safe to drive. The car ended up having a ton of electrical issues , I found out it had 3 different aftermarket auto starters in the car which was wild they told me it was factory when I got the car well that was a lie and someone messed with all the wiring. When I got it all fixed my mechanic showed me so many fried wires. Which made me so angry. I also had to replace the alternator the radiator the driver side control arm and so much more. I've put about $7k into the car all together which defeated the purposes of buying a used car when I ended up paying new car amount. Buyer beware and stay clear of this place.
