There are three gas stations at this crossroads in Seekonk... and this one is ALWAYS the cheapest. By at least a couple of cents! For example, on my most recent visit... I paid $1.92/gallon. The other two stations were selling at $1.95 and $2.00/gallon. Seems like an easy choice to me! This is a full service station. Most places are self-serve these days so its almost a luxury to have someone pumping your gas once the frigid temps start rolling in. There are two double-sided pumps going, so 4 cars can be serviced at a time. Though the lot is a bit small, gas is pumped with efficiency here so don't be deterred even if a line has formed at the pumps. They have both unleaded and diesel gas available. Lottery available on-site. Staff are friendly... it's hard to go wrong when choosing this locally-owned station.

There's lots of pumps, that always seem to be full. There's also a convenience store inside, and a Dunkin' Donuts. It's clean, and the staff has always been professional with me, you don't seem to see the type of surly teenager that usually work at these places. Gas prices are consistent with all the other gas stations in the area, so it's not the type of place that you pass by to get the cheaper stuff down the street.

When leaving here, I needed to take a left on GAR Highway (Rte. 6), but didn't want to cross four lanes of traffic (two lanes in each direction), so I took a right out of the parking lot, then turned left into another business farther down the road, so I could essentially make a safe U-turn. If it seems exhausting reading this, it's a pain doing it in actuality. It basically negates the whole concept of a convenience store. This location features 12 fuel pumps, two upscale bathrooms and a Dunkin' Donuts inside the store. Since the store is in Massachusetts, they sell beer and wine. The store was clean, but they were a bit stingy on the A/C. Cashier was polite. The parking lot seems undersized for the amount of gas pumps; worse yet, some of the parking spaces in front of the store are right over access covers to the underground gas tanks. Basically, it's a decent store, but only convenient if you're passing it on the right.

SCOTT decided that he had an open ended work ticket and could do whatever work he wanted to do without informing me of any changes or new charges. When I went back in to pick up my car I was told that he did 3 times the work we agreed on and the price more than doubled. He told me that if I couldn't pay the bill in full that he would hold my car and charge me a daily storage fee until I could!!!!!! He was extreemly cocky, he was smirking and yelling at me. He let me and my friend know just how pissed off he was that the balance couldn't be paid that day and made it very clear that I wasn't getting my car back. The guy that has been doing stickers there for 20+ years came out to the waiting area and was going off about the "piece of shit" that I brought into the shop. When he finally noticed I was sitting there he just laughed and walked away. I couldnot believe that I was being YELLED at by the mechanic SCOTT and then the sticker guy and then they hijacked my car/wallet.
