A few minutes later he told me he was too busy to do it since he had a line of cars waiting for stickers so I got a safety rejection. Understandable. I went to replace the bulb later on only to discover the entire socket was missing. It's not a piece that just falls out on its own and I'm assuming if I needed the socket replaced he'd have told me that instead of saying it was just the bulb. I ended up having to buy a replacement bulb on Amazon and then went back first thing Monday morning to replace it. Before they even assessed the situation, the same mechanic told me it wouldn't be an easy or cheap job. He tried to tell me that the wiring was burnt out and they needed to check the entire wiring before they could replace the light. I adamantly told him that was BS and made them take a look at my car. The actual mechanic confirmed that I had the correct parts and told me "whoever tried to change your light took out the socket, it's not something that just falls out." When I told him that the light worked the week before and they were the only people to look at it, they were silent. After about 15 minutes of tinkering under my hood they told me I had the wrong part for my car which was a total lie. My dad ended up putting in the light and I passed inspection elsewhere without any issues. These guys are crooks and shady businessmen.

We've been to Brum's a few times for oil changes and minor repairs and we're glad we did. We have found Brum's to be reliable, honest, timely, and reasonable. They have not tried to up sell anything, but at the same time informed me when (for example) I needed new rear tires. He asked where I had the front done and agreed they did good work. They are always pleasant and professional. I recommend Brum's very highly and will not go someplace else if Brum's can do the work!

The next day I went to outside the manager's office to politely tell him in the future I would ask her to hand me the change - he was rude and arrogant, I didn't get to explain why I was there; in my mid sentence he yelled for me to leave, and then he bull rushed me and he PHYSICALLY GRABBED ME AND SHOVED ME into the hall. Other clerk was yelling at him to stop, stop... The police agreed assault and battery. I have the police report. This place does not deserve your business. Who ever heard of a manager physically shoving a 71 year old customer in the middle of the customers sentence.
