Normally I'd take it to the garage around the corner from home, but they said that I should take it to Petro Plus and they would pay for it. So a few Saturday mornings ago I took it to Petro Plus. I was there at nine and was the first one there so they took it into the bay right away, and I sat by the front counter to wait. It couldn't have been much longer than fifteen minutes when he came back and said "You're all set my dear." Wow! I was on my way home before 9:30. :) I was very impressed with the service, and the customer service skills of the gentleman who did my car. They took excellent care of me.

I have a 2017 Sierra Denali that I brought in for a new transmission in June. There was nothing…read morewrong with the rest of the truck, it just needed a new transmission that costed $8,700.00. After picking it up it was worse than the old one. My suspension system light came on. They told me it would be $3,000 to fix. I checked the wire and it was unplugged. Since then I brought it back to have the transmission looked at since I had a warranty. We'll they said there is nothing wrong and it needs a computer update and now a motor mount. They didn't catch on the initial visit. We'll I brought it in to have the motor mount and computer update done. The next day my steering was tight and I found ball bearing on my floor. They had to take apart the steering shaft to get to the motor mount. And now my steering is messed up and they are saying I have to pay for it now. There was nothing wrong with it before and they are refusing to help me out since my extended warranty wont pay for the part. At first they told me the bearings cant be repaired and the part is 1700 dollars. Now they called back and said the part can be fixed but they want $475 to do it. I feel that because I have an extended warranty they are trying to take advantage of me and my warranty and I dont think I should have to pay for something they messed up. Side note: the whole service shop employees switched places with another dealership. I wonder how often they do this.

I called 3 weeks later and was told the engine was backordered. I did not receive any updates and I had to initiate any conversation. The engine was completed two months later but a check engine light turned on when I drove off the lot. After admitting the purge pump failed somehow while on their lot waiting for the engine replacement, I was told by the manager tough luck and it'll be another top market repair. Be prepared no communication, no accountability, and to be nickled and dimed.  I was laughed at when I said I'd share my experience online. Avoid.

(Bad alternator, wheel bearing, rusted out axel). Since the day I bought the car I have spent my one day off per week waiting for my car to be fixed at the shop. The shop they use, Hunter Auto, is extremely rude and abrasive. They did fix the problems as they came up but I feel these problems should have been addressed prior to selling the vehicle. It appears the cars go straight from the auction to the car wash to the lot. I would not recommend them to a friend.

Today was totally different from the usual service I receive. I arrived at 2:20pm for an inspection. As I was walking towards the door, one of the staff members asked me if I was with the guy he was helping in front of me. I said no, and he asked if I was here for an inspection and I said yes. He then sighed and said "I'm gonna be here all night." The sign posted said they do inspections until 4 or 4:30pm, so I was well within an appropriate time frame. I shrugged it off and he said "you can go wait in your car, it's gonna be a while." I waited in my car for all of 15 minutes max (not long at all) before he came up to my window to get my car and bring it back. I rolled down the window and turned to my passenger seat to get my registration that I had placed there and he said, "Sometime this year." I quickly passed it to him and got out of the car. As I was walking towards the building to wait in the shade he called out, "I should've been home an hour ago, I should've been cooking by now." The inspection was completed in a timely manner and I followed him inside to pay. I walked over to the card reader on the table with my card in hand and stepped over to the side. He stood across from me staring for at least 5 seconds before he said, "are you ready?" I responded with, "yes..? I'm waiting for you." There had been nothing programmed on the card reader yet so what was I supposed to do? Overall it was just a very strange interaction that left me feeling like I was burdening him. I have worked with the public for 10 years now and could never imagine speaking to a customer that way, I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. Unfortunately will not be continuing my business with them.

Paul replaced my leaking valve cover gasket, and gave my Matrix a nice tune up. My car runs so much better, and has faster acceleration!
