Jesse & Vicky were great. I was in desperate need of repairs to my 5th wheel. As it's summer in Quartzsite, it was nearly impossible to find a mobile RV mechanic. Found them on Yelp, reached out and was serviced the next day. Jesse fixed some electrical issues I was having and installed a new 18k AC unit for me. The communication was good, responsiveness was good and pricing was fair. They also installed the same unit on my coworkers 5th wheel, and he was equally happy. I would definitely recommend them for any RV related needs. If I wasn't leaving this town in a couple of days I would have them take care of some other issues as well. read more

Vicki and Jesse saved our family spring break trip! We were on our first day out of LA with our vintage trailer, headed deep into AZ for the week. Our 1 overnight in Quartzsite was intended to just dial everything in. Well, we needed to diagnose and fix our non-operational Dometic fridge. We used YouTube vids to troubleshoot and couldnt figure it out on our own. If you find yourself in need of RV repair in this part of the desert this company is the BEST. after full time RV travel for 4 years this morning we woke to a cold fifth wheel. After a bit of troubleshooting we find the LP gas isn't getting to our appliances. Early in my career I was a HD diesel mechanic so I don't need outside help very often. But I was stumped on this one. One call to Vicky and Jesse was all it took. Super friendly, super knowledgeable. Super business. Had a problem with power in our new 5th wheel, Repair tech told us we could come to his business for repairs, we moved to his shop and I spoke to him Saturday about needing an estimate to send to the company we purchased from he told us he would give it to us as soon as he could, On Sunday I spoke again about needing the estimate he said he would but he was doing other things on that day, I understood that so it was not a problem being a Sunday, that was the last day we spoke to him, by the time Wednesday came around without a word we decided to find a different Repair Shop, we moved that day and received a call later in the day complaining about us leaving and that he had ordered part for us but never told us anything about doing that because he never told us anything prior to that, he also complained about us using his electricity, I cut him a check and sent it to him to cover that cost. Called this rv tech to get our refrigerator fixed it was not cooling the said the cooling unit needed replaced ,we told them we had an extended warranty we contacted our warranty company they said they needed an estimate we called the rv tech company told them we needed them to get a estimate to the warranty company so after two weeks in calling and leaving messages after messages with no response back from this rv tech company we decided to use a different phone to call , funny they answered the phone right away told them who we were they then said they didnt want to work with the warranty company , so dragged on for two weeks with no answering phone calls or messages just because they dont want to work with warranty company ( NOT A RV TECH I WOULD RECOMMED CALLING ) This is not a very professional way of handling your costumers or gainning any future business. read more

The motorized jack tongue on our trailer stopped working- we were quoted an outlandish amount to come and fix it. This is a family company who are friendly and knowledgeable. We were more than pleased with the Refrigerator replacement they provided in our Airstream. We just returned from a road trip in Mexico where everything had a good 'shakedown' and the refrigerator that had been working just fine suddenly quit. We called several other dealers and repair centers and the soonest anyone could diagnose the situation was two weeks and they would then need to order a new refrigerator...more wait time. Jesse came highly recommended and we drove over 100 miles to do business with them because 1. He was willing to diagnose the refrigerator to see if it could be repaired vs replaced. 2. He could get a replacement in two days and install it on the spot. 3. In addition to quick service- his prices were very fair. 4. He also offered other recommendations for types of replacements so we had good choices to consider. The refrigerator is in now for a few weeks and is working great. When he was installing the refrigerator we asked him to look at a few other repairs. One of the things was a leaking Moen faucet. He advised us that Moen has a lifetime guarantee on the faucet and said he would call and handle getting the replacement and we could stop back and he would replace it for us. Who does that now days - spends time ordering parts they aren't going to make any money on other than labor? That's the kind of good business people they are - and pleasant to boot! The roof air on my RV started working intermittently, so I called Mobile Tech and Jesse came out that same evening to diagnose the trouble. He said he was going to have to make a return trip to do some other checking on the unit, as it was getting late that night. I knew that it was over 10 years old and opted to just go for a replacement. He came out on a Sunday to install the unit and did a nice job...fast and the unit looks and works great. About 30 days later, the front air diverter felt loose and would no longer stay closed to limit the air flow. I called Jesse and he said he would come out, but two weeks go by and nothing. I called Jesse twice more over this problem and both times got a promise, but no results. Jesse finally stopped by one afternoon and told me that the little "O" ring that provides tension to the flap had probably broken, but I could "stick something in it to prop it up if I wanted." I didn't pay $1200 to have to stick something in it to prop it. He tried calling the manufacturer but couldn't get through. He then told me he would have to order the part and come back to take care of it. I text him again 10 days later, asking if the part ever came in and he says it did and he'll come and take care of it. Again, he never showed up. Another week goes by without any communication, so I texted him to ask if I should just go to the hardware store and buy my own "O" ring. He didn't catch on that I was mad about the lack of service, texting me back "You can if you want, but I got the "O" rings from the manufacturer." He said he would go pick them up, as his service truck was in the shop and he would come by and take care of it. But, sadly, it never happened. I finally got tired of the runaround, went to the hardware store and purchased the "O" ring for $.29 and fixed it myself. It took me 10 minutes. I should have just done this to start, but I shouldn't have had to. The AC was under warranty, Had I known the kind of follow-up service Jesse provides (non-existent), I would have done this long ago. I bought this unit for $1200 on 7/9/17. By the end of July, the "O" ring was broken. I just replaced it today 9/23/17. TWO AND A HALF MONTHS! You decide for yourself if this is the kind of after purchase care you want. read more

We live in OC, but have a trailer stored at the river. We were desperately in need of a new awning, and oddly, there were not many leads. I started expanding my search, and luckily came across Jesse. We were going to the river in a week, and wanted to schedule someone to come out while we were there. Unfortunately, we had no idea what size awning was on our trailer. Jesse actually drove out to our storage space to measure it, prior to us even coming into town! Wow! Above and beyond for sure! The first day we got there, he contacted me in the morning, brought the awning out, his wife & kids were even involved and helping, and boom, it was up, they were off, and we were happy campers! I was stranded in the middle of the desert without A/C on my trailer in 110 degree heat. I tried to find the nearest technician via Yelp on my phone, and Jesse's company popped up. I underestimated the remoteness of my location and didn't originally realize Jesse was just over 100 miles away. Regardless, Jesse took the time to diagnose my issue over the phone to the best of his abilities. We went through some troubleshooting, and without the benefit of being on-site, he made an educated guess that my issue was the start / run capacitor on my A/C. I was able to have a friend pick the needed part up and bring it to me, and I was able to install it on my own. Jesse's diagnosis was spot on! I was back up and running. Jesse noted over the phone that he was prepared to make the drive out to assist me if needed. Great guy, and very knowledgeable. both heater furnaces quit working on 38 degree nites on blm land near quartzite az. called for appointment, but Jesse was booked all day. he called after 7pm to book appointment for next day but was able to diagnose thermostat/ac dip switches problem reset over the phone after spending over 30 mins with me. saved us another very cold nite in the boondocks. that is all you need to know about how honest and knowledgeable this company is. you are doing yourself a disservice if you aren't doing business with Jesse. read more
