Lifesaver on a Saturday…read more We were really in a bind--our AC went out on a Saturday, and by the time our home warranty put in a request, all of the contractors they worked with were already closed for the day. Meanwhile, our house temperature was climbing to 90°, we have kids, pets, and a husband who works from home--leaving wasn't an option. Out of desperation, I called Pat directly. He answered right away, and was able to catch one of his technicians before they left for the day. They were at our house within 30 minutes! The technician was super friendly, professional, and calming, which helped so much because I was already stressing hard about potentially being without AC all weekend. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in under 30 minutes, and just like that, we had cool air again. Yes, we paid more than our $75 home warranty co-pay--but it was absolutely worth it to have the issue resolved same-day instead of waiting days or even a week for a scheduled appointment.
