I needed to unhook my trailer for a short time to go get groceries, and they were understanding and accommodating as long as I returned within a reasonable time. Office is always very clean but the RV spot to park on is so narrow. You could barely squeeze on it. The prices inside are absolutely ridiculous over 600% increase. What would normally cost $1.99 and at Walmart cost $7.99 at this store. Just absolutely absurd. There RV hookups were very professionally done but can you believe one RV hookup is $65 per night and that's just sitting on a concrete pad. Overpriced greedy. Ridiculous! The staff were not that friendly. They were just more professional but the entire site was clean. What an awesome Loves travel stop. I wouldn't normally review a stop like this but this place is great! Bojangles, Godfathers Pizza and a very nice dog park! Bathrooms were spotless and constantly attended. We'll plan to stop here next trip for sure! read more

My daughter works for love's when her shift ended she purchased gas not to long after she left my vehicle that she use everyday started to act up so she went to Toyota to see what was wrong she had to take it back the next day because they said the gas tank night have to be dropped when they did it was diesel cost was 905.00 someone from customer service say they wasn't going to pay for it one of the owners seen my review and said to get in touch with customer service some Manger called them again for my daughter they kept saying they was going to call her back again it took so long Manger called again and said they wasn't going to pay because no one else car was angered but there was another lady had purchased gas and turn around and came back in the store saying the gas bad she had to have here car towed to a Mercedes Benz shop customer service personnel to my daughter that they talk to the person and I know that's not true but I believe they paid for her care I'm trying to get in touch with the owner he was concerned and she have the receipt from the pump saying regular gas was pumped it's not right read more

Trailer 235796 towed at loves 550 in Valdosta Georgia on 09/22/25. Terry call towing company. I spoke to kiarra, Terry, Crystal and I was offered a free meal and a shower in which I rejected and also the manager Patrick say he don't want me to reach out to corporate because he have 2 cases already against him. I have shower receipts and transaction receipts showing I was at the love at the time my trailer was towed on spot 25 I also have the phone number of the towing company and a voice record of the driver Jessy confirming the towing details. I have picture of other trailer that got dropped and never get towed. I reach out to love corporate no one reaches back to me. I lost a load and I had to stay there for 2 extra days because my load got canceled. I feel discriminated and targeted to get towed, because they lied regarding the time they observed the trailer being dropped. After I stated that I'm going to contact my attorney they have my trailer returned back. read more
