Fearing a lengthy delay, and at age 81 not eager to have to change a tire on the side of an interstate highway, we were led to Fausett's with the help of an online search. A kind lady in the office quickly addressed our situation and concern, then directed an attendant to diagnose the issue (imbedded nail). We were on our way in 15 minutes with a professionally repaired tire for a reasonable price. Salt of the earth, caring people who were eager to help. Our technician, Ray, was waiting for us and after looking at my rim told guided me towards a company in town which repairs bent wheels. In fact, Ray called himself to make sure we were taken care of. We were. Ryan and Ray then hooked us up with a good deal on new tires, along with not trying to pressure us into buying 4 new ones. (ensuring we didn't spend more than we had to). After getting the rim repaired, Ray found a discrepancy in the wheel and called the repair shop to re-do the wheel and give me a discount in the process. These guys made very little money off me, but gave me exceptional customer service and care. In the end my safety and satisfaction were more important to them than making a buck. That's honor. And they will always have my business.
