Now Costco staff are acting like psychos. We have the highest membership you can purchase there and they only allow two people on the account so I put My Husband on and my daughter as she is in college. I paid for the membership, but they have gone so far as to not even allow me to pay for my purchases. My daughter or husband have to purchase, I can't swipe my card to pay. We now have a Sam's Club membership and I loathe Walmart but they don't pull this BS So when this membership ends we will be done.

The staff even warn you when you come in first issue was getting 2 cups bc they often break if you have them to long. She always has something to say when I come in. It was incredibly busy the day I was there, but they were packing the cars in the wash and getting them through as quick as possible. My only complaint is the line was super long, it feels like they cater more to the subscription wash than the one time wash. Two lines for subs one line for one time wash. Which made the flow kinda lacking. In times of congestion it would make some sence to have the ability to take one line off subscription washes and make two lines for daily's. Just my opinion. Otherwise great service and wash quality. Left my white car spotless.
