This is the first review I have ever written not the kind of person that complains or ever speaks…read morepoorly of anyone but the management it's sparky lobe of Glasgow Kentucky is the worst I've ever seen I went in to buy two used tires and we agreed on a price when I went to pay he charged me an extra $30 it's not about the money it's about doing what you say and not doing work that was not authorized by me and then charging me for it I will never again go to sparky lube of Glasgow even if they're giving away free tires

They need to stick to oil changes because they clearly can't even properly balance a wheels and tire. Took a set of wheels and tires in to be mounted and balanced on the recommendation of a friend. They mounted them and then tried to balance them. They kept trying to balance on the back side of the wheel only. I told them that with this big tires that they should balance on both sides. They told me they do not do that. After several failed attempts to balance and 13 oz on one side. I told them again to balance on both sides. So they finally set the machine to balance on both sides but could not get it to balance that way either. That is because after changing the machine they should have removed all the weights from the wheel and started over. They didn't so naturally it wouldn't zero out. They finally told me the tires I had were too old and could not be balanced. That was the most ridiculous thing I ever heard. So I told them to just charge me for mounting them and I would go. They charged 72.00 for this!! That is robbery for what they did. I was charged for their stupidity and they wouldn't even give me a receipt. Left there and went straight to Big O and they balanced them with no trouble at all.

When they called the shop, the staff hung up on them then refused to answer when customer service identified that they were following up on a complaint. Customer service issued a $25 voucher but it was only good for auto center--I refused to deal with their incompetent center, so I declined. I will never use this service again!

Well I'm not so sure that's going to happen anymore due to the fact that some dude named Tim looked like he was about 70 years old unkept smelled like cigarettes in sales with little man syndrome, didn't like the fact that a woman didn't want to speak to him in regards to a vehicle on the lot I was actually being nice because I know they take turns on walkins on the lot. Well he didn't like the fact that I told him after he kept coming at me, I don't need to talk to the salesman so he got an attitude then proceeded after I got in the car to go over to the service department he starts mumbling something and points for me to leave a lot telling me to leave the lot rude disrespectful terrible terrible terrible terrible customer service and they wonder why they're so slow and can't sell cars and good people leaving working for them because that's the kind of people that they hire and that's the kind of people that they keep absolute terrible terrible customer service. I spent over $16,000 on a reman. Engine for my M5 BMW. I had problems with it from the time I…read morepicked it up. I drove it to Louisville and ended up with a smoking, leaking car, dead in Oxmoor Malls parking lot. I immediately called the shop. Was told they would look at it but I would have to pay to tow it back to them...even though this is covered work under their "garauntee" and warranty given for the motor work. I paid $400 to tow it back to them. Upon inspection, they found that the water pump had not been installed and secured back to the frame after the motor install and this led to it breaking in the journey to Louisville. I have called these people multiple times I've spoken with multiple people. I have received pushback on everything except for giving them money. They did not stand behind their warranty and they did not fix the car. I am now having to buy a new car because not only is the engine light still on, but the car still does not run, months later. I highly discourage anyone from taking a vehicle to these people to have any work done they will steal your money and leave you with the remnants. I am sure they're gonna have plenty to say about this. If you have questions message me I have Receipts text messages and phone calls. Do not give these people your money.
