ABSOLUTELY disgusting place and I would not recommend ANYONE to come here. Attendant at the front had customers standing in 90 odd degree weather to take a test, at the door, and wouldn't even take people's number in a decent order to call them when he was ready, for this to be a "veteran owned company" he is extremely disgusting and unprofessional For this. I waited outside for 20 minutes in the hot sun. When he came to the door, I tried to ask could he please take a phone number but before I could finish he slammed the door and walked away. By the way, it was African Americans at the door, myself, and another young man, and he definitely gave a nasty look and disposition. And to make matters worse, HE'S the owner of the company! I even tried to call, no answer. When he finally decided to come to the door and ask for my authorization, I politely asked why was the door slammed in my face, and I was aggressively cut off mid sentence and told well I will not service you then, and passively aggressively told me I'm so sorry but oh well I'm not servicing you. He is the epitome of aggressive, rude and utterly disrespectful. I will be filing a report with the BBB about the unprofessionalism, he does not deserve the even wear the badge of veteran because he is RACIST, unprofessional, and a disgusting human being. read more

I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SOOO DISRESPECTFULLY & UNPROFESSIONAL & there are honestly NO Words that can explain the degrading/prejudice encounter I experienced. I come from a family of Military/Veterans & this was a complete disgrace. I was treated absolutely inhuman & I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone ESPECIALLY PEOPLE OF COLOR. I was sent here to get a drug screen from my job, & I had the electronic lab work/order in my hand & I tried to show this tall, older caucasion guy & he glanced at it & proceeded to tell me to leave as my company owes them money. I was confused because Idk who owes who anything I just was following the instructions from my agency. I am a Nurse so I was utterly shocked at the way I spoken too & how I was handled ....as if my being was a problem & I was intentionally trying to cause trouble. I asked him if it was okay if I could call my agency to see what I needed to do & what he stated to me and he told me I could but I had to get out because I'm holding him up. Mind you There was NO ONE IN LINE or NO ONE else in the building. I asked him again I just wanted to call my credentialing analyst who sent me (on my own cellphone) really quick & he proceeded to become very aggressive, he proceeded to raise the level of his voice, & his body language/gestures was becoming aggressive. I told him I'm just trying to call my recruiter & you're throwing me out & He said Yes, I can do this outside as if I was some damn animal when it was 96 plus degrees out. He then stated I have a vehicle. As the phone is ringing he screams you're trespassing I'm calling the police. I've literally been there all of 3 min MAX. And I told him he can call the police I'm not trespassing, I have no problem leaving I just want to call to clarify this order. He is pacing around me, still being aggressive & making nasty remarks & I've been taking it all in trying to handle this professionally & as I am leaving I addressed his behavior because he continued disrespecting me and I addressed him for being so utterly disrespectful. He then tried to pull out his camera, which he has every right too. Idk if he was the manager, worker, whoever but you don't treat people inhuman and racially profile me like I was causing you harm or making it seem like that was my motive. There were plenty of ways he could have handled this but he CHOSE to be the aggresor. None of the real labs the real accredited best of the best labs where I know people ever heard of anything of him.. No courts would touch someone who's not aabb and have strict guidelines to follow. They need professional at all times who follow strict guidelines to do a chain of custody, Not the way he did it!! When I called and asked too many questions put him on the phone and I was threatened. It makes me sick I was called right after mediation. Which is too soon I knew for a court order.. After I said in mediation originally I wanted and needed help with support . Then when The magistrate asked me what am I looking for now and I said I don't know if this is even worth it anymore because of how much has been done to us and put through by him..I'm not sure if I wanted to go through with it and cause she told me I already in the state of Florida have custody of my kid already, I knew that I just wanted to make sure I wasn't going to run into any problems. He Then took it upon himself to have a mobile 24 guy Mr. John who's used two different names when he left voicemail text. John Parish and John Harrison ( The exact name in the review above me) call me and try to trick me into doing this for him.. John" Who claims to be the best of the best and the courts only me use him" Smdh.. kept calling me nonstop I gave him two weeks to see what would happen then that's when days later he on the 11th I got a motion from the other party to compell me to do the test. Why are you asking for them to step in and make me if it's already in the process with a court order???? and of course without thinking didn't pay attention to the motion that I received. He was worried that I wouldn't do it because of what I said I've been going through this for three almost 3 whole years of nothing but hell you have no idea what you've done or what you stepped into and got involved with who you've got involved with and what I've been put through along with my son so it sickens me that she would do something like this for someone that you don't know don't know the situation. For a couple hundred measly dollars !!! and the party doesn't feel bad never have I got an apology from who I was seeing. and John's been so rude and insensitive threatened the police and doesn't care what he's done either!... somebody said that they would do this for me, your test results can't be trusted. I would never trust someone who is willing to commit perjury and doing tests at the back of his house!... but since this other party doesn't know much about these tests and places, He didn't know what he was doing.... I would definitely do my research before having anybody do a DNA test can someone who is as rude and as cocky as he was. Willing to commit perjury for a couple hundred dollars. The court said over and over every single day for a week that there is no absolutely no court order if there is no court date coming up. When the police called him John lied to the police and told them.. that they called him and assigned him to this case and that I have a court date coming up in a week... Well I would love for him to tell me when my court date is because nobody else at the courthouse knows anything about it and told me over and over that's not the way this works which I already know because I've done this before tricked me though by claiming you have a Court order that I have to do this.... silly me, I should've checked into it the way that I should have. I'm smarter than this. But if you continued to use mine and my babies dna after I gave you no consent knowing that this was wrong to go through with and still give results after I said no I don't want it nor consent cause I was tricked and results that can't be trusted... then there's even more problems here.. IHope that you stopped and thought about this before you did it and decided not to...I have proof and it will be fixed.I read more
