To work on my hearing aid as an established customer, they required I pay $54 up front. The work they performed was to clean and replace the wire from the body of the hearing aid to the end that goes into the ear. They charged me $185 for that work. So it cost me $239. They don't apply the upfront fee to the total bill. I could have had this done at AudioNova for under $100. I would not recommend North Houston Hearing Solutions to anyone. You would be better off at AudioNova or Costco.

Seeing them for therapy has helped me combat the effects of PTSD, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. They have a great team who are always hands on from the secretary's to the actual therapists. They are really good about making sure that you have your sessions in order, being attentive to your needs and giving out great references to psychiatrist that are able to communicate on which routes are best suited for your mental health. They are great about making you feel as if you arnt alone and you are really heard and not judged. For once in my life I feel as if I can sleep, maintain a healthy diet, and communicate better with my loved ones and peers. But of course there are always the general fall backs you can have, they are so great at keeping you from feeling guilty or losing sight of your journey. I can honestly say seeing their commitment, passion, and care really has helped me be a better version of myself I never thought I can fall in love with again when I looked in the mirror. They help you learn about yourself, discover things you never realized, and balance out your life. She gives you the information you need and speaks to you in a soothing manner. She always was full of hugs. That made me feel so good at such a dark time in my life. When you are her patient, it is not the best time in your life. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and she was recommended to me by my surgeon Dr. Bonefas. I told my BFF who I was seeing. Low and behold, my BFF had taught Dr. Joyner's children. Small world. After meeting her, I could totally see myself hanging out with this woman. Her personality is delightful and she has a great sense of humor. I know you would not think that at a time like this your doctor would be cracking jokes. She wasn't, it was me. My humor kept me going. When it reached a point that I could no longer take the pain to go to work, Dr. Joyner wrote a note so I could work from home. No one needed to hear me moaning and groaning. I really was hoping that I could make it the entire time and be in the office. Yeah not so much. In addition to her being so knowledgeable and kind, her staff is amazing. From the receptionist, her nurse Suzanne, the techs (sorry guys I can only recall one name) Dale and the two gals. Everyone was great. Going to radiation therapy is no walk in the park whatsoever. And Dale was on the money when he said it will get worse before it gets better. Good golly! I called and spoke to Dr. Joyner and she is going to write another note. She made sure I had meds to help with the pain and gave me further instructions on what to slather myself with. It is a journey. If you are looking for an oncologist/radiologist, I cannot imagine anyone in the Houston area any finer than Dr. Joyner. She is a doll and knows her stuff! 1,000 Halley puppies wag their tails and look for the techs and yell "Who's Deanna?"
