We took our son there on referral by our Pediatrician (who we will be speaking with.) We showed up 10 minutes early after filling out their per-registration online. It took an hour and 10 minutes after to see the doctor. Dr. Douglis wanted to have a CT scan done on a 14 year old without life threatening injuries. This caused alarm in us because of the radiation concerns. Dr. Douglis's response was to google it again... Our concerns are valid and he certainly could have handled it in a much more professional way. The reality is NIH research shows that CT scans have added about 103,000 future cancer patients. "Using the UCSF registry data on individual CT exams and RadRAT, the team estimated that CT use in 2023 could result in almost 103,000 future cancers. Saw the doctor for two minutes - he made me gag three times. He had his nurse spray my throat with some numbing agent (which messed my vocal cords up for a week), then decided to cancel that procedure and order a CT scan instead. I have decent insurance, but was charged $200. Then I received a bill for an additional $167. All I needed was an antibiotic. read more

My first visit I was e tremendously satisfied. The customer service was very friendly. Once I was called to my room the nursing staff did an amazing job of helping with my health issues. She immediately flushed my ears and not only did I feel better but I could hear. The tests performed was helpful and got straight to the point concerning my ears. I suffer with sinus and allergies. Tests were done that did not cause me severe pain like it did at another specialist office. Dr. Franklin was so generous, heartfelt and patient even with it being my first visit. He was genuinely interested and wants to see his patients feel better. He cares and it shows. He explained everything so I could understand it clearly. I appreciate his response and I thank him because my visit was well worth it. I felt better physically and mentally when I left. He was just amazing. So kind and caring. I will look no further. I am so very grateful to Dr. Douglis and his amazing staff! They were booked solid when I called for a last minute appointment, my 5yr old daughter had impacted blockage and was bleeding from her ear, she was in so much pain! Dr. Franklin Douglis, one week ago today, completed septoplasty and balloon sinuplasty surgery on me. Today he removed the sinus tubes and packing. I can breathe better now than ever before. My septum was pushed over to the left and the bridge across was crushed on one side probably from a car wreck 50 years ago. Although the physical issue was hardly noticeable on the outside, the inside problem grew worse and worse with age. Dr. Douglis repaired flawlessly the deviated septum, removing unneeded cartilage and the divot in my nose to help me breathe. I have been Dr. Douglis's patient for over 20 years. He also treats me for allergies and sinusitis. His up-to-date knowledge and research in otolaryngology, including sleep apnea, hearing loss, allergies, weight loss, and immunology is unachievable by most doctors. Staff and Doctor was very rude and unprofessional. Extremely pushy on enrolling patient in case study trial. When we declined, staff and Doctor had an attitude. Was uncaring and very rude. The stuff is rude. They make you to take a picture for the file just in case you call, they want to see who's calling. What? The PA is somewhere in the "clouds". The doctor clearly stated the diagnosis as an Acid Reflux but on the referral to the imaging center the diagnosis was listed as a Seafood Allergy. The doctor is knowledgeable but everyone else do not know what they are doing. The clinic itself looks dirty and outdated, all the machines, equipment look unclean and old. read more

Dr. Douglas is a great ENT MD he asked if I had any concerns he listened as I expressed my 19 month old daughter problems with her ear infections. He also preformed the same procedure on my now 13 year old daughter when she was 1, Hearing test and suggestions to prevent future ear infections. Not to mention I was late for My appt. today and was still seen. The staff seem to be very pleasant I didn't get anything that the other reviewers got. I've visited both offices and have received the best treatment. This doctor knows his stuff and I would highly recommend him to anyone with children that had ear, nose, and throat issues. read more

The staff a so rude, I just walked out !! Too many doctors in Spring to tolerate rude unprofessional people. Made a new patient appointment with this doctor. I was told to fill out paper work online.....which I did and took it to the appointment. When I signed in and handed the woman my paper work I sat down. She immediately yelled "Come back here" ! She decided my paper was on wrong forms. She needed the "New Forms" and said filling them out was going to effect my appointment time. So I just left. There are some good doctors in my area with professional staffs. Don't tolerate bad behavior from medical staffs. read more

Had a positive experience on my first visit (ear ringing due to airbag). I plan to return. Most important was Dr Douglis being very willing to spend time with patient and not shuffle them like cattle. He did not appear to be a "treat it first with drugs" mindset Dr, which I appreciate. I had an excellent experience with this clinic when I'd needed to have my tonsils removed over the holidays. They worked with my schedule to find a day I could get the procedure done and have recovered enough to still enjoy the holidays, as well as provided me with all the information I needed to feel comfortable prior to going into surgery. I was given very clear instructions on what I needed to do in order to recover properly, including medications, dietary needs, and physical exertion. The day of the operation the nurses and surgeon who saw me were very reassuring and professional, doing their jobs efficiently and with minimal damage (which is difficult in an adult tonsillectomy). Only two weeks after the procedure I have made almost a full recovery (even though that usually takes 6-8 weeks) and have already seen a significant improvement in my health. Everyone from the receptionist to the surgeon were incredibly helpful and it was thanks to them that I had such an excellent experience. I started seeing Dr. Douglas in July 2017 the first visit there took five hours he did a steroid injection in my left ear. Did a follow up decided to put a tube in my left year there were no anabiotic your drops given. On the follow up from the tube insertion I had a blood clot on my eardrum. In the meantime they did bloodwork and I got a call from an office clerk telling me on a Friday evening on a Friday evening telling me that I had a venereal disease and I need to contact my primary care physician. So I was in a panic all weekend worried about what was going on. So went to see my primary care physician get the bloodwork redone and it was a false positive I go back to the doctor for a follow up after the tubes and they're saying I've have hearing loss in my right ear and they're going to give me a steroid injection was there for about an hour or so and then they hear the hearing aids are the hearing girl that did the hearing test came in and said her machine was broke thank God I didn't get another steroid injection they charge my account twice for one visit today I get a phone call from Linda and billing saying that she talk to the insurance company for 45 minutes and she was done but I need to contact them and let them know that I was gonna have to pay the bill if I didn't get the funds for the steroid injection into my left ear I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my entire life with the doctors office late for every appointment the doctor is you sit there for a minimum of two hours and the staff is just rude with the exception of the PA and the As far as billing insurance that's your job Linda not my job your job boo-hoo that you don't know how to put the codes on your billing read more
