They pointed me toward Kingsbury Auto for a new alternator. Called--no answer. Took a leap of faith and just drove there. Total "damsel in distress" moment the Thursday before Memorial Day, with a deadline to drive back to the Bay the next afternoon. And wow--I'm so glad I did. Elise was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. You can tell it's a family-owned and operated shop, and they treat you like a human, not just a ticket number.
