These guys are very nice and very service oriented. Easy to contact and very responsive. Agreed to try and repair my glass after I had a prior botched job. Definitely recommended if you have a small chip. Fair price. Why the low review? Well I asked the guy to drill out the end of the long crack so it wouldn't continue to spread. He said it would be fine. I asked him again - and he said it would be fine. Again. Well that's not what happened. The crack spread another 2 inches before I could get back to Texas and have it repaired correctly. The new repair stopped the crack and even made the crack invisible even though Tri Valley couldn't do that. read more

Living in a windy area sometimes means a broken windshield. Luckily this place comes to you to replace the windshield. They are pretty quick in responding to your message you'll need to leave. Price was good. Windshield is functional now and off I go!!! Note: had to wait for the glass to be delivered as it's a special type for eye sight and then there's that Pandemic and all. Worst experience. Called to get my windshield replaced. Made the appointment weeks out due to needing to order my specific windshield. Less then 24 hours before my appointment I got a call that they could not do the install because they still didn't have the windshield. Make another appointment. They show up today at my work to replace the windshield. First they claim they can't get into my work, regardless that we have a monitoring system and no one has tried to get in. Leave my job and race to the location. While there I check my car three times to make sure it's unlocked for them. I leave back to my job. Get another call, they can't get into my car cause it's locked. So I leave my job again and tell the office to not let them leave. As soon as they hear I'm heading back my car magically unlocks. I even overheard the guy telling his office people " not sure we can get this done today". I have been made to feel like replacing my windshield has been a huge inconvenience for them, despite the fact that it's there job! Did you guys even bother to order the part in the first place? read more

My 2015 Lexus ES 350 windshield was cracked and needed replacement. I followed my insurance company's recommendation in using this business to replace the windshield. After contacting them, they searched out and found a replacement windshield, which wasn't easy as I found out going to another glass company to get a quote on replacement. It took them a couple of tries as the first windshield they received was damaged, but being persistent, they were able to get a replacement. What was especially nice was that they have a mobile service, of which I utilized in having my windshield replaced at my place of employment. The windshield replacement was done in good time and they left the car in good/clean condition. The convenience and the professionalism of their service was outstanding. It took them only an hour to install the new windshield in my 2019 Subaru Forrester. I let it sit for a couple of days, and then drove it at highway speeds to check for wind noise. Everything was perfect. The Subaru eyesight system seems to work properly, and the guys did a very clean installation and left no mess at all. I would highly recommend this company. read more
