Initially, I brought my car there to get a diagnostic which it was determined my car essentially needed new brakes, rooters, hubs, etc. (you name it). My car is an 07 Camry, so I understood why the fixes were necessary. The issue came came afterwards, when it was shown that I needed to have repairs to the repairs they had made after I brought my car back for timing belt issues (which they did not diagnose initially). I brought the car back to get the timing belt issue resolved because the car continued to make loud screeching noises when I accelerated. After the timing belt was fixed, my car ran ok for another week then the starter and the battery went out on the car. I brought it back here after spending $8 over the matter of a three month period- they charged me for a diagnostic and told me I needed a new battery and starter now. I felt it ridiculous to have to pay for another diagnostic after spending thousands at this location in such a short window (mind you, this was summer 2025). The police was called and I still ended up paying for the diagnostic. About a week ago, I heard the screeching sound and my wheel is starting to vibrate rapidly again as I'm breaking which indicates the timing belt is still not properly repaired. When I called them back to look at the work they did on my car considering I am having timing belt issues again, they gave me a number to call and said I could not bring my car back to them. Y'all be careful and mindful of who you allow to work on your cars, not all business believe in integrity and customer satisfaction-this car repair shop is all about getting your money. Truck transmission and problem after the repair We brought…read morein a 2500 ram truck. The truck work perfectly except the reverse wouldn't engage. David said he doesn't do repairs he does total rebuilds. He quoted $2200, seems like a good price. He said about 5 days to complete the job. After 20 days he started coming up with reasons why it wasn't ready. !. he said he found some wires that needed to be worked on, I offered to pay extra for the labot 2. A few more days passed by he said he needed help plugging in one of the transmission wires?? that took a couple more days. 3. he said he had to replace three fuses in the truck, that concerned me. 4. Then he said he installed the wrong Torque converter?? Doesn't sound like he knows what he was doing. to replace the torque converter, he had to pull the transmission out again. 5. we went over there to see what was happening. 6. he said he couldn't get the truck to start, starting to believe he shorted out the computer. 7. he hired an electric mechanic that can troubleshoot the problem. The man said the PCM module (the computer that controls everything in the truck) was not working at all, zero info coming out of it. 8, he said that, that module was a one-of-a-kind unit and that there were none to be found anywhere. 9. I told him I found one and it was $960 with a one year warranty, It took me days to find it. 10. Then he said he got it running. I asked how? he said he found and old module from a vehicle he worked on in 2000. He installed the incorrect module, and the truck does run but there are fault lights showing up on the dash and the truck spudders some time. 11. I contacted him again and told him we need to purchase the correct module and he should pay for it. I said this truck was a pain in his side since it came in and then hung up on me. 12. he said the brake light was because the switch is bad. I'm an Electrical Engineer, the brake switch works properly, it is the computer that isn't reading the correct code and displaying the light. The ABS light is on, the ABS controls the brakes on the truck, in the truck. 13 At this point he will not make it good. We will be taking it to small claims court.
