After driving the next morning after service, the car suddenly started wobbling dangerously and making a loud noise, and I had to drive slowly to get off the highway. I discovered the front right wheel was barely attached. Out of five lug nuts, only one was possibly tightened. Two were barely on, so loose I removed them with my bare hands. Two were never installed. The wheel could have come off at highway speed. When I returned, the team fixed it at no charge, but the manager only offered a discount on a future visit rather than a refund. I have photos documenting everything. Instead, I felt pressured toward a very expensive repair. I decided to get a second opinion and am very glad I did. Just down the street, Tire Squad Company inspected my vehicle and determined that my existing tires still had plenty of tread life remaining. They replaced only the damaged tire, and I was back on the road for $77 and in 30 min with care and kindness. A huge thank you to Ehab and Mohammed at Tire Squad Company for their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to explain everything clearly. They saved me a substantial amount of money and restored my faith that there are still trustworthy tire shops out there.
