I went in paid the remaining balance only to find out it was an incomplete repair. The technician that worked on my truck was no longer worked there and the owner stated that it was in great working condition. After inspecting my truck I was not able to get it into 4 wheel drive, the gear selector was not working and antifreeze was all over the radiator not sure it was leaking or sloppy work. Streets were flooding, they had been pulling people out from flooded underpasses. But, they got to us quickly. By us, I'm talking about myself, my 13 year old son, my 10 year old daughter and our cat, Purrie. The tow truck allows up to 2 people to ride. So, another truck came out to pick up all of us and bring us to the hotel, including the car. They also advised us on some places that could fix the car. The next morning, Hook's came out again to tow our car to the shop. He held off on the payment of $40 for the short distance tow until I called our insurance company to see if they would cover it.
