The clerks were friendly and pointed me right to the blinker fluid aisle. I had a minute wait since one of the clerks was helping a guy install a new brake light bulb in the parking lot. Sweet! They'll even help you with the installation! The store was orderly, neat and clean. The aisles were well lit, and the parking lot was clean. It's a newer building and located right next to a car wash so you can get your car shined after you outfit it with new oil! Caste jumped into action and got the battery tested, (it was bad) then validated it was still under warranty and replaced/installed a new battery all in about 15 min. I know they must do this a million times a week but wow did he make my day go smoother. He also did all of this with a great attitude. I know other places offer this service as well, but I've never had a bad experience at an O'Reilly's yet...even in locations outside of Texas. This is my go to place for "real" car parts, and solid advice from someone who does this. They will offer to assist with some items like wiper blade replacement and light bulbs I assume that battery swaps are not a problem.
