Unfortunately Alex doesn't service my area, but was willing to arrange a drop off for me the same day. I decided to have my wife's bike inspected and possibly tuned up. Alex was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and competent. He knew exactly the issue and how to quickly repair it. I was more than willing to pay for complete tune ups but he said they were not necessary. He repaired my issue, gave both bikes a good once over with some small adjustments, and charged a reasonable fee. First of all, Alex response time was phenomenal! Needed to get my son's bike brake pads replaced and he was able to come same day. He looked at it and said the pads were half worn and all that was needed was an adjustment to the breaking. I ended up just replacing all pads but was nice to see the options. (honest assessment) He DID a phenomenal job getting this repaired outside my house and was super experienced with E-bikes mine is an Lectric XP step-thru. Definitely would use his services again. He also checked my other bike at no cost. So even if everyone thinks his prices are high I think you should see it as hiring someone that has a good personality and efficient at what he does. I mean it felt expensive $100. I needed a new tube. My Chain had popped off. Maybe some grease and lube. Took a total of20min. Doesn't seem like it should cost this much. It's a regular beach cruiser w gears maybe that made it cost more. Young nice teen no prob his supped up 4runner tells me he's making bank from his business. Good for him.
