I waited too long and had such a small window, but Shell squeezed him into her insanely busy schedule just simply out of the kindness of her heart. When I picked him up he looked incredible, easily one of the best grooms he's ever had in nine years. Then, when I went to pay, she told me she was covering the entire visit. I tried to argue, I was so determined to pay and tip her big, but she wouldn't budge. She just said, 'You have enough going on.' I completely broke down crying right there. I've told this story to so many people this week and I cry every single time, watching them tear up too. *Shell, your talent is amazing, but your kindness and compassion is what I'll never forget.
