They called back quickly and offered him a free top of the line wash if he wanted to go back. We weren't planning on driving back in town that day or within the week so we declined. Yet, they decided to send us a coupon in the mail for a free car wash when we WERE able to go! We ended up using the coupon a few days ago and the car came out sparkling clean. The seats were not wiped down and the Mats were not cleaned properly and were still dirty. Bugs all over the windshield, front grill and mirrors. Tires were dirty and had not been scrubbed before applying shine so they looked muddy. I had to use their vacuum and cleaning supplies to finish what they should have done. I hate to give a negative review but it was a subpar car wash for me.

AND THEY WERE LETTING CARS GO THROUGH ANYWAY!!! The salt and grime from all those peoples' vehicles were accumulating on the spinners. It scratched my car from one end to the next. I paid extra for foam and stuff and didn't get it. Maybe it would've washed off the crap that scratched my car if it did. I just bought the car a week ago and it was in perfect condition. I'm so mad. I don't just want to complain. I feel they were negligent!!!!
