Completely unprofessional. Rude, non communicative and dry. I came prior to get a smog not knowing if your check engine light is on it'll automatically fail. He saw it and proceeded to test anyways. Lesson learned on my end but it's just a grubby way to do business. I wouldn't recommend anyone come here unless you're desperate and it's the closest location. They don't even have a kiosk for you to buy your tags so there's more convenient places. Spend your money somewhere people respect your business. read more

Garbage service. They can't register your car. They don't tell you this until after they charge you for your test. Don't go here.

I had my smog done here today. I was out of there in 5 minutes. The guy doing the smog was friendly and polite. Really painless experience. I also notice they offer other services like DMV services, registration renewals and even public notary. Pretty useful. read more

Just had a Retest here for my Smog Check. Very happy with the Service here! Dionicio was awesome! He was very professional and efficient! Did not go back to the original location I failed at, because I felt like I had poor service there. Even though I'm supposed to pay less for a Retest. It's better to come here and get great, fast, professional service...where they care and will answer your questions. The other place just wanted me to pay, then told me I failed and to read the papers he handed me?!? Leaving me with questions and worries! Renewed my registration here too. It was so fast and easy. Was unfortunately overdue with my registration and frantic, looking for somewhere to get my car smogged as well as registration renewed all in one stop. After doing some research, I came across this place - had decent reviews, and wasn't too far. I made sure to call them in the morning and ensure they can do both things I needed. I made my way out there, and everything was done in no more than 5 minutes! They gave me a call later within the day to pick up my stickers and registration documents. Hey these guys are good. On my lunch break i pulled up around 1230. It took them less than 2 minutes to smog my truck. 20 bucks. I needed my registration renewed and they did that to. Another 20 bucks (saves me the hassle of taking a day of going to the dmv and more. Worth the 20). After work at 5 pm i went back the same day and they had my Registration Sticker from the DMV. I didnt have to wait for it in the mail. The employee was awesome, easy to talk to and answered all my questions. read more

Dionicio took care of my smog in no time and he had my registration taken care of online, I did not have to do much it made it so convenient and easy for me to get my car smogged. I had taken my car there a few days before and it did not pass smog but I got fixed what needed to be fixed by my trustworthy mechanic Tony and when I came back Dionicio took care of the rest. Paid Smog Plus to register my vehicle 04/29/2020 and they never did. I ended up having to pay another DMV service to register my vehicle. Smog Plus still hasn't reimbursed me. I'm a disabled veteran with a 100% disability rating. I'm probably going to have to take them to court to get my money back. Coming from California with a 5 year old car, all they had to do was hook it up to the OBD sensor and it passed, given that CA smog equipment is already better than they require by far in Nevada as long as it's functioning/has no error codes. $20 is quite inexpensive as well. The DMV makes it sound horrendous, but CA cars are a snap - no codes for the last two weeks and not blowing clouds of smoke? Easy to bring over. Also, they do offer quick registration services as well, but the trick is to just go to Henderson in the early morning if you have a few days before your tags expire - you'll be in and out in no time at all if it's just registration. I highly recommend it since the default plates in Nevada now are like Texas - nasty stickers on metal/not stamped. It's worth going to the DMV office and getting stamped/commemorative plates instead. If you have to register it today/procrastinate like most everyone does, they can do that for you. read more

Drive-thru style smog station conveniently located close to the DMV. I had a bit of trouble finding it via google maps- it's behind the 7-11 across the street from Smith's. Super quick service, I was done in about 5 minutes. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I went there to get a smog the guy running the shop had no customer service skills, saw that the machine could not read my smog because the battery had recently been disconnected but he charged me 21.00 and gave me a paper that can not be read because the printer he used is out of ink. He wants me to drive my car 70 miles and bring it back for him to charge for another smog... I rather give my money to somebody else read more

I bought a used car and needed to go to the DMV. I didn't have time to wait all day at the DMV so went here to have them do it. Needed plates, title transfer and registered to me. The fee they charge was a little pricey but worth it. I have two young children and the DMV is no place to bring kids and wait all day. They said my plates would be back by the end of the day and they were not due to having another issue come up with another customer at the DMV they were also assisting. I was able to pick them up the next morning at the time they said they would have them. They were very professional apologetic about not having my plates done same day. I would definitely recommend this place for DMV services.. I needed to get a smog done for my car cause it was coming up due in less then 2 weeks! I hate waiting till the last minute to get these kind of things done! I was passing by this location and saw that they do smog tests and also Dmv services as well. I don't know about you but I would rather not sit all day at Dmv waiting to register my car so when I saw they could do it for me I was so excited! I decided that I wanted to get personalized plates this time and they were able to all of that for me. John was so helpful and very friendly.
