There was also no waiting area and no shuttle or courtesy ride available. As a result, I had to leave without getting the service and wasted my morning. If appointments for oil changes aren't truly scheduled, that should be communicated before customers arrive. Time is valuable, and I would have appreciated accurate expectations so I could have made other arrangements.

I bought a Vehicle from a private seller for $4,900 (I used all of my savings and have been…read moreunemployed for several months with an older vehicle that is having issues), on the drive home the newly purchased vehicle started having a jumping/stalling issue and the engine light went on. I went to Auto Zone and was told it was Ignition Coils, spark plugs and a Cylinder 3 Misfire. Found a slider door malfunction was under warranty, contacted Dealership and asked about that repair and the new issue. They told me it would be $600 for a diagnosis and they couldn't tell me any type of estimate. I contacted another local mechanic, they said they would look at it the next morning if I left it there. I got a ride home from a friend. They ended up keeping it for a week with them trying to figure out what was wrong. They at the end charged me $350 gave me an estimate of $4,000 and told me they didn't do the type of service repair it needed! I was devastated. I decided to put the vehicle up for sale listing the possible issues and facing the fact that I will be losing a lot of money on this purchase. Thankfully I hadn't sold my original vehicle yet and it is still drivable. Out of no where Jason messaged me on my Marketplace listing, "I'm a mobile mechanic. I'd be willing to come check the van out for you for free and give you a proper diagnosis for the engine issues you're having." I was shocked and leery about someone especially a mechanic offering this and also thinking what a blessing and answered prayer. As a woman on my own it's very hard to get honest affordable work on a vehicle. Jason scheduled an appt with me the next morning 7:30am. He told me he would message me when he was on his way and he did and then told me he would message when he was 5 minutes away and he did and he showed up as he said he would! Amazing service now days. He looked at my vehicle ran the diagnosis and explained everything in a very easy to understand way. He is such a breath of fresh air. Honest, punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, patient in taking the time to go over everything and explain in detail so you understand. He gave me price WAY under what I was quoted and also recommended that I may want to sell the vehicle as there may be future issues with it due to the issue with it. I had my original vehicle there as well and he took a look at it, told me he could fix the issues with it no problem and to send him all the information and he would get back to me with an estimate asap as he was on his way to another appt. He indeed did not charge me anything for this visit! What Mobile Mechanic, next day appt person would ever do this for someone now days! I was blown away at his kindness and honesty. I have finally found my mechanic! I sent him all the information on my old vehicle and I look forward to having him repair it. I will be letting my friends know about him. Thank you again Jason!
