10/10 Customer Service Above & Beyond! I drive an electric car, so obviously I don't need oil changes, but I still stop by Take 5 Oil Change whenever I need air in my tires and every single time, the customer service is phenomenal. Huge kudos to Jorge and Nico. They are truly amazing. Their customer service is a solid 10 out of 10. Even though I can't get an oil change, they have never turned me away or made me feel like an inconvenience. I'm honestly terrible at putting air in my tires, and there's absolutely no judgment, just kindness and professionalism every time. I've also purchased windshield wipers from Take 5, and the experience was just as great, quick, easy, and friendly. Great guys, great service, and a team that genuinely cares. Consumer Beware!!! Went in for Oil Change on 10/4/25 & immediately after leaving Take 5 Oil Change my car broke down, now have a locked up engine... I had absolutely nothing mechanically wrong with my car prior to this oil change!! This has left a family with a small child with complex medical needs without transportation, this is detrimental !!! read more

Great professional and quality personal that communicated well during the oil change.

They changed my oil. But that's about the only good thing about my experience. "DJ" who I assume is like a manager or something, maybe a supervisor, is probably the rudest most condescending person I've met from any business ever. I don't often write a review unless I'm truly blown away by something -- But I brought in a fleet vehicle which is covered by an insurance that pays for oil changes, windshield wipers, etc. I told this guy DJ on 3 separate occasions to ONLY provide the services that are covered or APPROVED by the insurance. I started by saying just the oil. And I made absolute certain that he heard me. Looked me in my eyes when I said it. They STILL provided services that were NOT COVERED. And even further had the audacity to tell me that I asked for them to replace my air filters and then speak to me like I'm his little kid or something. Like I didn't understand that they were being very greedy, and were mad because the insurance wouldn't cover the stuff I blatantly requested they not do. They had to remove the air filters and reinstall dirty ones and DJ was clearly upset by this. !! Just listen to the customer next time and do what you're asked to do by the customer instead of trying to get a paycheck because insurance is paying !! Aggressively push products in a way that no is not an option. Clearly commissioned workers. Alyssa and anthony are amazing! Alyssa climbed under my vehicle and pulled out all of this mud that was caked up on the chasis to my truck; I'm so grateful that she did it. She did not even try to sell me the more expensive oil change although I opted for it despite her telling me that I did not have to get it. It only takes 5 minutes - but not for the oil change. The 5 Minutes is how long it takes them to rip you off with their "25% Discount Coupon" BS. When you call the 800 number on the web site and ask what the cost is, you get a low-ball load of BS about the 25% special. When you get to their service station - surprise- surprise. Of course, the dunce on the phone is just reading from a script. But I did tell her the exact, make, model and year of my vehicle, for which she gave me an exact quote for my vehicle - onlly 30% lower than it turned out to be. After the stooge at their service location performed his sleazy bait and switch routine and some mild haggling it was obvious to him that I wasn't buying into it. So he just happened to have a little coupon available to him at the desk - but with some cheapo oil for more than I was quoted on the phone. So I bit the bullet since I was already there.
