They charge a very fair price and I always get my machines back in a reasonable amount of time. My bolt that holds the blade broke off from my Husqvarna lawnmower. Not knowing they don't service Husqvarna. The young gentleman saw the issue and took 20 min of this time to remove the broke bolt. Looked if there was an off-market part did not find one. Gave me a replacement bolt. I offered to pay for his help and time to remove the broken bolt. He said no need. Great customer experience! After the big snow storm on Jan 23rd the plastic urethane auger on my Simplicity snowblower came loose and also cracked the top pat of the housing. I brought it down to Colaneri Bros (one of the few local places that services Simplicity machines) on 1/26 fully expecting I would be leaving it there for a full diagnosis and work up. Despite being busy, one of the mechanics asked me what the problem was and proceeded to immediately bolt the urethane piece back on & provide some advice on how to address the crack... all for no charge. I wish I got his name but thanks to you & Colaneri Bros! I will be back for regular service & you can expect my next snowblower purchase will be there as well. read more

RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! they "repaired" our 5 year-old snow blower since it was out of warranty and charged us almost $200 to do so. The snow blower came back to us after 2 weeks still not working properly and when contacted the owner advised us to "adjust the carburetor". A) we are not mechanics & B) we shouldn't have to adjust anything after having been without the blower for 2 weeks and spending a few hundred dollars only to have it come back still not working. After being called a few more times, The owner stopped by again & changed the belt (which should have been done as part of the initial servicing we paid him for), left the old one in our mailbox and said we then owed him another $18. We did not pay him b/c the blower STILL wasn't working, still making a lot of noise and shutting off mid use. We just called him today to ask if he could look at it again b/c it still didn't work during the snow storm a couple of days ago. The owner got on the phone NOT to apologize to us for taking our money for a job poorly done, but instead got on the phone and started accusing us of "stiffing him for $18"!!! He was nasty, rude & condescending on the phone. This is the only business I know where they're paid for NOT fixing the problem and then when called gets nasty and accusatory on the phone! We never once even said we want our money back.. we just want it fixed properly...I'd gladly pay a bit more to have it done right (although it should have been done right the 1st time!) but now I would rather spend $$ to get a brand new one than give this rude & incompetent man 1 more dollar. I will tell everyone I know to run in the opposite direction from this place. read more
