Always do a fine job with my small engine repair needs. Ice Auger, lawn mower, hedge trimmer, gas blower. Price is right & service is always prompt & reliable. I had a gas weed whacker I brought in. It was an old Sears. The owner kind of shrugged and said he'd see what he could do. I picked it up soon after and owner said "I don't know"....referring to the repair. I paid him and went my merry way. When I got home, the weed whacker worked for a bit and died. I went back and the owner without question gave me my money back. I have a hard time reloading the trimming wire in my Stihl weed whacker, and these guys did it while I waited after purchasing a $10 package of Stihl trimming wire. They will do it for free upon presentation of that wire package. Only $7.50 with your trimming wire. They are friendly and helpful, and have a nice inventory of equipment. I brought in a chain saw, and a demo saw. I told the owner to please let me know the price of each. I found the demo saw. I just wanted to find out if the saw was worth fixing. I run a busy shop myself and I wasn't on top of the repair of my equipment plus I rarely use my chainsaw for emergencies. I finally called a month later. The guy told me they were both done. I brought my 2008 Goldwing to them for a problem with the linked brake system. The guy I bought the bike from put new shoes on but didn't know how to do the complex bleeding procedure that can take a couple hours.If not done right the brakes barely work. JPR got it done in one day. Tire days are Wednesday and Thursday just had one put on. 4 hrs got it back. Grace is friendly and helpful. Haven't had a bad experience there yet. read more

Since they're a Stihl dealer, and I was in the market for a new machine, I figured I'd give them a shot. Naturally, the model I desire is in high demand, so it's an order & wait item. I waited for 30 minutes as he told me give him 5 minutes I don't mind waiting but then he pranced around the garage on the phone and completely ignoring me as if I didn't matter. I dropped my 1993 Honda shadow vt 1100 off yesterday for 2 new tires to be mounted and an oil change. The young lady at the counter was extremely pleasant, friendly and answered all my questions. I asked if could pick it up the following day because I use my bike daily. Not only was it ready as promised but they did great work, the bike feels great and the price was great in my opinion. I sent my Bike there to have new handlebars installed, everything was fine the first day I took my bike out until I stopped at a rest stop and my handlebars and the bolts came loose .they never put lock tight on the bolts that hold the handlebars, lucky we stopped because I could of been hurt or killed thank God my Buddy had the tools and lock tight in his bags. when I called to tell him what happened the guy said they never use lock tight but that to bring it in and they'll take a look at it.
