Drove there today to get an inspection. Place is a pit. Went into Office and Lady was cutting a pattern with a child playing. I asked about getting an inspection and she rudely said she's not doing them anymore. Take down your sign and add on the Internet. What a waste of time. I went back to 10 minute man on Staples ......great service, in and out with inspection and oil change. read more

i have been coming here for several years. Friday, i went during business hours, it was closed. i called the number and the nice lady said they were opening at 2 that day, not the posted hours. monday, i called to be certain they were open. she said they were open until 6. i got there at 4:30 and waited until 5, since the gate was closed but not locked and the overhead doors were up. no one showed up and the phone was not answered. This is not a business, it does not have hours that can be relied upon and even after verifying they are open, they may well not be. Must go elsewhere to get the required inspection. read more

Horrible customer service, very rude. As a place that does state inspections, they don't do them everyday, we have taken two days off work now to try and get them done and both days they didn't do them, and they close too early to get them done after work. When asked when they will do them the second time she just responded with she didn't know. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, I was absolutely appalled with this place. read more

May 2018, I called them and asked what their hours were for inspection; they said from 9 to 5 pm for that day. I went there and the gates were closed. I asked a young man along the curb if he was waiting for inspection and he answered yes...he called them and the Sticker person told him she was at the doctors. Nuts, I wasted my time I guess. One week later I called again and asked for their hours; so I went again & got there during her open hours. I told her I was there for an inspection, she said she was closed. I asked her who does the inspections, she said she does. After pleading with her explaining that was my second trip to her business she became argumentative and said again she was closed (that was about 3 pm). I will never ever go back and I hope everyone else stays away from this very un-businesslike place. I wouldn't even give this place one-fourth of a star. read more

This place has the worst customer service and no business sense at all! The little troll guy that works there should stay in the garage he has no brains. And the large female with the tight bun that looks like she is giving herself a facelift is rude and does not greet anyone unless you catch her eye in a good way. I suppose I didn't because she had a disgusted frown on her face. She keeps her face down most of the time and doesn't look in your eyes while talking to you. Like she is bored and wished she was somewhere else. I did too at that moment!! She had a State Inspector tee on. I tried calling three times and no one picks up the phone. I asked her a few questions and she wanted to know why all the questions. It's a business I have questions. Then she said she was busy and there was only one person inside and another standing outdoors. I drove 15 minutes to find this place and all I got were two idiots that should not be employed period. This business has the worst customer service. Rae Tamez makes no acknowledgment and Stella Tamez lacks personality and manners. She has a horrible frown on her face and doesn't smile at her customers or greet them either. I have to assume if you lack the ability to communicate your business in a professional direction than your work must be just as bad. I'd go elsewhere to where I know my vehicle would get the professional attention and work done right. I would certainly not recommend this place or these people to do an oil change or anything on a truck at all. Least of all mine. I read some of the reviews so I didn't know what to expect truthfully. But I was truly amazed with the service I was given. I walked in and was greeted with a smile as she told me she would be right with me she was helping another customer. The office was quite small but still nice. As I waited my turn I heard her state to another customer it was cash only for state inspections, so I left to go get cash and went back. I literally waited 20 minutes with 2 ahead of me until my car was done. To me that was fantastic. I had been waiting at places an hour or so just to be seen. My experience was awesome I will return and definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

My wife and I found this place a couple of years ago and we wouldn't go anywhere else for service. They are the kindest most giving people that you will ever meet. They helped our family when I lost my job and couldn't work they did our oil for free and donated money till I got back on my feet, without expecting anything in return, you don't meet someone like that very often. I appreciate Sticker Xpress and everything they stand for as a business and as a person. read more

They do these inspections from morning to early afternoon (can't remember exact times, I'd recommend calling, and it's first come first serve). There were a few people ahead of me but their waiting area is very comfortable with large couches, a TV and coffee for customers. The service was speedy and the cost was very reasonable (under $10). I would definitely recommend Pueblo's and I think they might be one of the only auto shops in town that do this sort of inspection. Because of our great experience with them we would consider taking our vehicles to them for other maintenance as well.

One of the best car deals we've ever had (I I was raised by a cat dealer and sold cars myself for several years). We were greeted by a young woman named Jackie, who was very professional and knew the car and all its functions. We never felt any pressure. Even when she brought in the manager. They both we very informative and accepting of our position. We did not plan to buy that day, just stopped in to look at a pathfinder. We wanted a 25 (less expensive) so they said they'd find one. A couple of days later they called to say they'd located one and would let us know when it arrived. Two days later they called to say they were not able to get it after all, however, they offered us the same deal on a 26. No tricks, no BS, just a straight & honest deal. Even the F&I experience easy. They brought us the first paper work with some warranties we did not want. We told them that and the removed them with no pressure and the deal was done. Easy-peasy! Then Jackie walked us through all the cars special features (which were many) and off we drove. It almost seemed to good to be true. We could not have been more pleased and we love our new Pathfinder!

The service advisor, Anyssa Guzman, had me waiting for more than 40 minutes just to give me an estimate. They were going to charge me over $1000.00 to replace a single headlight. I declined the service because it was too expensive. I asked for my keys to leave, and that's when another person came out and suggested an alternative option. She offered an aftermarket part for $645.64 and gave me a generic excuse as to why they hadn't offered this option earlier. The headlight would take four days to arrive at the dealership, and I was required to prepay for the part. I didn't want to wait or prepay, so I asked for my keys again. I then waited almost another hour to get my keys back. When they finally brought my vehicle out, I inspected it because I found the delay suspicious. The dealership had washed my car despite the broken headlight, which had a hole about 4X5 inches in size. They completely saturated the inside of the headlight with water, causing even more damage. That's when I realized why they had taken so long to return my keys--they had been drying and cleaning up the mess. The Nissan manager, a guy named Mathew, came out and tried to justify what had happened. He was useless. All I wanted was for Nissan to take responsibility for any electrical problems that might arise due to their mistake. Instead, Mathew offered to replace the lightbulb. (a $8-10 lightbulb). I laughed and left. I then called another Nissan dealership outside Corpus Christi, TX, and they gave me an estimate of $590.00 for the original part, including labor. Meanwhile, Hicks Family Nissan in Robstown, TX, was trying to charge me twice the price for the same part--and even more than the aftermarket part they tried to sell me. I strongly recommend that you avoid doing business with Hicks Family Nissan.
