We filed a AAA claim to get assistance and also called the police. Within minutes, Nate F. called us to first see if we were okay and confirm our location. We]called the police due to our location on the highway being extremely unsafe and no space to change the tire. The officer arrived and then left us! We couldn't believe he wasn't going to keep his lights on to not only protect us from getting hit by oncoming traffic but also prevent other drivers from hitting the same pothole. Within minutes, Nate arrived, immediately had his flashing lights on, and started diverting traffic to keep everyone in the safest position possible, given the situation. He then changed our tire and helped us get merged back onto the highway safely. He was our HERO of the day! MOE, Nate deserves a HUGE bonus or raise! He was amazing!!

Not only did they take care of the problem that I originally needed. They helped me see that another one of my tires was in need of a repair too. The technician I had came all the way from downtown Orlando and back just to help me get my car back on the road. Shout out to them. It was a little pricy but this is one of the companies where the value of the service and work match the price and I would pay over again if I had to.

Also their address is an apartment complex next to a pool. So...yeah. Sketchy. If your car won't start and it isn't the battery, use a car jack handle and a hammer and tap on the starter rhythmically while someone else starts your vehicle. It'll get you to the mechanic if the starter is your issue. Or get AAA Plus membership and it'll save ya money and the frustration of getting a tow company to pick up their phones.

We conduct our business profesionally and are certified by the state of florida. Instead of falsly acussing a business of doing illegal tows you should reflect on why your vehicle was towed away. For clarification - I was told NOTHING respectfully, I was interrupted on the call, not allowed to speak and was hung up on. If you dont like bad reviews work on your customer service :) My vehicle was towed through NO FAULT of my own and the situation was fixed and my car was repaired by a legitimate company. Please learn to speak kindly to the people who call you, take ownership of your faults and additionally spelling might help.
