From my initial call to completion, the entire process took about 45 minutes. I was very pleased. Compared to the hassle of using a spare and then going to a tire shop, waiting, and paying for the fix (btw, their prices have gone up) this was zero stress, quick, and very convenient. If your car won't start and it isn't the battery, use a car jack handle and a hammer and tap on the starter rhythmically while someone else starts your vehicle.
