My husband told Al we had a rental house in Sarasota to see if Al could recommend a company for SRQ. Well Al also does installation in Sarasota so we had both installed for just a little more than what it would have cost us for one installation. From the moment they stepped on site, one of them began complaining--about the sink we purchased, the lack of parking, the sales rep supposedly not informing buyers about issues with dual-mount sinks, and more. Despite the negative attitude, the work was eventually completed... or so we thought. Just as they were about to leave, we noticed only one faucet hole had been cut instead of two. When we pointed it out, the installer returned to fix it, but not without more grumbling and clear frustration. This isn't just about one poor attitude. It's a missed opportunity for your business to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term loyalty. To the owner and management team: There's great value in following up with customers after an install. A simple call to check in--"Are you satisfied? Can we do better?"--goes a long way. But in our case? Not a single call. No one reached out. It's disappointing and sends the message that once the job is paid for, the relationship ends. If you don't show your customers you care about their business, why should we continue supporting and growing your business.
