She ordered the wrong item and then it sat on her desk for weeks after we gave her the address multiple times on her voicemail in person, etc., etc. So when I finally had enough and called the manager. The manager, CHristine was very helpful and went out of her way, but I had already moved on to another part of the project and I've been so overwhelmed with construction that I have not had a chance to get back there. I will say, I thought CHristine the manager was great. I would not go back if I had to deal with Heather again. Even though we were mid-price point shoppers looking for style at good value, the salesperson was super helpful in selecting everything we needed. The moment I walk in the guy behind the counter starts telling me how they don't have the part I…read morewant. I go to explain that I need an adapter and he starts spouting a bunch of plumber jargon at me and how they don't have what I'm looking for. I show him a picture of what I'm looking for and he doesn't look at it and tells me they don't have any 14 inch faucets because I'm holding a 14 inch faucet. I explain that I am bringing this in to find a piece that adapts to it and that this faucet is just fine and I'm not looking to replace it in 14 or 12 inches. So he did not understand my problem at all and was telling me how they couldn't solve it. I go to show him pictures again of what I want and he doesn't understand he just starts talking about how they don't have it. I have to explain to him that the picture is showing five different common parts, not one and he then proceeds to recommend some other place tells me all about how they have a selection of parts but that they won't sell them to me unless I'm a licensed plumber. Very unhelpful. Terrible customer service. He had no idea what I was looking for. And upon further Investigation into the pieces that I need he did in fact have the parts that I wanted after sending me out. Was I dressed nicely for this place? My have things changed. I want a new kitchen faucet. They have a plumbing supply location. "Hello, do you have in-store kitchen faucets I can come in and purchase today?" "Um, well not that I know of. I don't think so. You would have to come to our show room and work with a customer service associate to order something that would be delivered to the plumbing supply office, and we would deliver it here and have it for you in our showroom." "So your plumbing supply doesn't carry plumbing supplies?" "I don't think so. Not that I know of. I don't believe they do." This guy answered questions as if he was testifying before a congressional hearing--hemming and hawing and deflecting and not being helpful. Awful. Just tried to get me in to see him so he could get credit for the sale. Never again.
