Due to the lack of communication, I had to drive to the showroom several times to reach him in person, which is over a 45-minute drive for me. Eventually, I was able to obtain all of the materials needed for my projects. Overall, Ken did assist with selecting the fixtures for my projects, which is part of his role. However, improved communication, responsiveness, and a more welcoming customer service approach would greatly enhance the experience for future customers.

I show him a picture of what I'm looking for and he doesn't look at it and tells me they don't have any 14 inch faucets because I'm holding a 14 inch faucet. I explain that I am bringing this in to find a piece that adapts to it and that this faucet is just fine and I'm not looking to replace it in 14 or 12 inches. So he did not understand my problem at all and was telling me how they couldn't solve it. I go to show him pictures again of what I want and he doesn't understand he just starts talking about how they don't have it. I have to explain to him that the picture is showing five different common parts, not one and he then proceeds to recommend some other place tells me all about how they have a selection of parts but that they won't sell them to me unless I'm a licensed plumber. "Um, well not that I know of. I don't think so. You would have to come to our show room and work with a customer service associate to order something that would be delivered to the plumbing supply office, and we would deliver it here and have it for you in our showroom." "So your plumbing supply doesn't carry plumbing supplies?" "I don't think so. Not that I know of. I don't believe they do." This guy answered questions as if he was testifying before a congressional hearing--hemming and hawing and deflecting and not being helpful. Awful.
