Worst mistake we ever made. Purchased this home 2 years ago and we have had nothing but problems. From plumbing leaks to roof leaks. The counter tops are uneven and the paper floor has been torn up. We were able to choose all our finishes, and she stayed in contact with us while the house was being built and through the delivery. She answered all our questions and made sure that we were happy with our home. Any issues were handled quickly. It has now been a year since we moved into the home, and she is still hereI9 for us. We needed the interior color paint code to do some touch-ups in the house. She got us in contact with Champion Homes. Champion Homes sent us a 5 gallon bucket of the paint free of charge. Bought a home brand bew from them & after living in the home for 8 months, I feel like we got screwed royally. From the start, the home needed several repairs that were never done, damage during delivery & other things. They never told me that I had to file anything, just said to call and let them know, which I did & they kept putting it off until finally they said it was past the date allowed. We also never received our master key which was promised to us. The mobile home we purchased, BRAND NEW, from their lot is falling apart after just 8 months. Trim constantly pops off, floors are unlevel in spots, around the back door leaks any time it rains, the trim on the counters is already starting to peel, & the bath tub leaks. And all of this has been happening since day ONE. We spent every last dime we had to purchase this home, PAID IN FULL, & I would give anything if I could go back, knowing what I know now, because there is no way that I would have bought it. Prepare yourself to work with people who act like shady used car salespeople. Mobile Home Liquidators is a business of people taking advantage of hard working Americans. They have managed to find a way to have their negative google reviews deleted, so please be aware that their star rating is not accurate. Management did absolutely nothing to resolve the issues. They do not care about making things right with customers whatsoever. For example: 1. We paid extra for more anchors. Didn't receive. No cash refund. 2. We paid extra to have Hurricane Wind safety measures. Didn't receive. No cash refund. 3. We paid extra for smooth ceilings. Salesman didn't order. His solution was to have unskilled staff sand our ceilings, and not bother to tape or lay plastic down, resulting in massive dry wall dust which got into our vents and every line of our floor. it also resulted in our home being unmarried for over 3 months, meanwhile insects and mice took up residence and rain water damaged our home. 4. Our cabinetry throughout the home was damaged from the water damage and moisture sitting in our home. 5. Floor boards are softening and rotting. 6. Our floors are uneven. 7. Water is sitting under our home and our entire house smells like mildew and mold. 8. Our HVAC unit is not able to keep our home cold in weather less than 80. These guys will give you the cheapest and junkiest unit possible. 9. Our front door has a 1/2" gap around the door frame, which makes our home unsafe and an easy target for break-ins. 9. Our back patio screen door is not functioning. It won't open or close. This is a huge fire hazard. 10. We had to pay a third party to come out and paint the entire interior and repair our ceilings, costing us over $10,000. MHL would not return our phone calls or text messages. 11. After we signed the paperwork, they ghosted us. I had to drive an hour away several times just to talk to anyone, and after a while you realize these guys could not care any less and you are going to be on your own and will have to dish out thousands of dollars out of your own pocket. 12. Our salesman gives us the run around and the manager refused to help us. 13. We were told our order would take 60-90 days. It took over 6 months to get our home on our property and then we had to wait even longer to get utilities, plumbing, and HVAC. You could build a nice home in less time, so consider that as a better option because by the time you get your double wide home built it will be ruined by their carelessness and lack of action. 14. Not one of the independent contractors hired by Mobile Home Liquidators had positive things to say about the people working at Mobile Home Liquidators. These are just a few of the reasons, we cannot recommend Mobile Home Liquidators. Avoid this company like the bubonic plague! read more

Well my luck is really downhill with this mobile home..Now of course its my living room window that water is leaking in..damaged my cable box..water was under my t.v..but worst of all...the window sill is molding..and due to water my cable is out because the cable box got wet..another item we have to try to get fix...buying from MHL..was the worst decision ever..the door is still leaking but we are almost through with that..with the molding ...another bill as miraculously my warranty went out after 4 months...so so fed up read more

I have never placed a bad review in my life and I'm not one to even do this, but this incident deserves one. My wife and I paid cash for a brand new mobile home. We moved into it in October of last year. First off they tried to give us an hvac unit with no heat pump without telling us, luckily a disgruntled employee told us what they were doing (charging for a good unit and giving people a cheap one)... if you are buying from them make sure they are not giving you an air conditioner unit and calling it hvac unit So we had them to order a better unit. Immediately we noticed that when the temperature outside dropped down below 32 degrees the emergency heat wouldnt work. Nancy bought us 2 small heaters which was nice but they told us that was bc the parts for ours was on back order I kept in touch with their hvac guy throughout the winter and then spring to find out mid summer that he never ordered the parts. (I tried to order them myself but bc I'm not a contractor they wouldn't allow me too) in my opinion MHL should have made this right no matter what they had to do .... After that she sends her husband out who suddenly has a magical fix to the problem exactly 1 year later!!!!!! So now here we are a year later our warranties are running out and the problem was never fixed. The prices at mobile home liquidators are cheaper but the service is TERRIBLE! Imagine buying a brand new truck off the lot paying cash and the heater not working and the dealer telling you oh I'm sorry the parts are on back order for a year until your warranty runs out!! I agree terrible service. I paid cash for a two year old mobile home. The first problem was, I had someone call me from MHL and tell me, they couldn't put the concrete around the bottom of the mobile home, that I paid an extra $7,000. It was suppose to be more support and secure. They made an appointment for me to come in and pick up my check because they were unable to do the work. I was at their office for 30 minutes, because they lost my refund check. Then they called me and told me they were Fed Ex the check. They didn't, it was just lies. A neighbor down the road got the brick surrounding the bottom of his trailer. There are cracks in living room ceiling and the bedroom ceiling. I have not moved in yet they tell me I have to live there for 30 days and make a list of things that are wrong because they only come out once. I did finally get my refund check, but not sure about the repairs yet. I would definitely tell anyone not to buy mobile home from MHL read more

They are terrible. Promised that the best part of their business was the customer service when it was in fact the worst. It's been a dog fight to try and get them to fix anything and the sub contractors they use are not professional. It was a never ending cycle of the sub contractors doing things incorrectly and me hounding them to fix it. I'm still trying to get them to fix things. They don't stand behind their work. I just saw another review that said the same so I guess it's not just me. Don't let their lower price tag fool you, you get what you pay for. read more

This is the worst purchase I have ever made. All of the excitement I had for the first brand new home I've ever had is out the door. The plumbing was installed so very wrong. My septic was lying in the flat pipes under the home that should have been sloped to slow to the septic tank and therefore backing up into my brand new home continuously! They sent workers who sloped one pipe and secured it with a strap. But since there were so many issues with the plumbing nothing has worked to stop nastiness from coming back up the pipes into the home. I hired a plumber myself who worked for two days in poop water to rework the whole system and found pipes that were attached with duct tape, a shower drain was never tightened, so now I have soaked insulation hanging down. The 10G permanent foundation has already cracked in several places and (3 months in) blocks are literally falling out on the back of the home. They don't answer your calls half the time and the other half they act like they are doing you favors by sending out workers who are not skilled enough to repair the damage. I'm sure they are waiting for the "warranty" to expire so they can get away with this farce. Please don't think your getting a deal from this business, your only signing on for a long road of hell. They want you to put a good review on line for them and I'm so glad I've waited to do that. Oh, let me also tell you about how the rain comes in the back door just about as hard as it's coming down outside. The wallpaper is bubbled up on all the accent walls, factory idiocy there though. The factory blames the mobile home folks, who blame the factory for all the issues. It's all of them though and I'm considering legal action against them at this point. read more

I do NOT recommend Mobile Home Liquidators. We bought a house at the end of August. paid upfront with cash. Once that payment was made our calls were declined and we were hung up on (on multiple occasions by our representative AND the manager)! They did not deliver the house in the amount of time they said they would. They told us with a cash payment things would speed up and they would have it to us in 6 weeks. It was WAY more than 6 weeks. It was the end of November until it was delivered and it was like pulling teeth for it to be delivered then. Once delivered we for SURE did not hear back. They are supposed to come back and fix all the problems and we had tons. No one knows what they are doing in that office and the ones they hire. We still cannot use a sink because it wasn't even hooked up, our quarter-round is coming off and our paneling in several bedrooms along with more things that we fixed ourselves. We have a big gash in our wall where the door slammed against it when they moved it and also the outside paneling on a corner of our house is off. It is in the contract for them to fix ALL of this and no one will answer us or call us back. As soon as we tell them they hang up on us. A lot of people recommend Nancy and unfortunately we did not get her but she wasn't the friendliest with us either. Brandon has no idea what he is doing and I do not suggest him. But I would suggest going somewhere else entirely. Trust me on this. Even one of their contractors told me that no one is happy with them and all the employees are about is the money and nothing else and they have no idea what they are doing. That is coming from someone who hears A LOT from customers. All in all they are after your money, they say what you want to hear and do NOT stick to their word.
