Went into this location to upgrade a tablet line and purchase accessories for it. Jackson C was my…read moresales associate. This is an Authorized dealer not a corporate store! Jackson stated that I have to have the protection plan added to the tablet and if I want it taken off then I have to call to get it removed. That is not correct. He proceeded to add the protection and not go over the CSS documents with me I saw them in my email and noticed the protection was still added after I stated that I do not want it. I asked him why it was added when I told him no. He stated again I have to call to have it removed, I can remove it from the app, or I can come in in the morning when a store manager is in the location because now he can not remove it. That is also false. Sales associates can remove protection but will get into trouble for doing it because it hurts their sales numbers. So area managers want a store manager to do it so it doesn't count against the sales associates. I would like a call about this interaction because there are several COBC violations. I'll be sure to put this into the CSAT text as well. I want the protection removed and any prorated charges for the protection credited back to my account.

I got a text Wed confirming the line was buried and then when tech comes thurs, we find out the line isn't buried. Orig tech came back out Thurs afternoon confided that it was Thurs! They rescheduled for Friday to install again and then cancelled Friday afternoon due to a holiday! 6/19 is not a holiday. Then I spend 40 mins on a phone call trying cancel these services. Both my husband and I work remote, we need a reliable internet company. Frontier is not that!
