Rubina gave me a quote almost immediately, which ended up being exactly what I paid. We had cracks in the stucco all around the house -- some much more extensive than others. All told, it cost $1,650 for materials and labor, to seal and waterproof the cracks, and an additional $350 to paint. (Rubina said typically touch-up paint is included, but ours was a fairly big job.) This felt like a pretty fair price considering the number of cracks we had, and how happy we were with the end result. Armen was friendly, efficient, and did quality work. Do not hire!!! I had a terrible experience with this company today. Rubina is unprofessional and does not communicate clearly. She quoted me $440 for a minor drywall repair job at my daughters' condo. After the wall was patched, I was told that it would be an extra $300 to paint. This is a scam! More importantly, the patch work still showed the seam where the drywall was cut out. Armen said that it will disappear once it dries out. I have had drywall repair done at my house and I have never experienced this. The drywall repair job at my house recently done by my local drywall guy was a bigger job than this involving two big walls and it cost $900. And it included painting! Repair means patch (no visible seams) and paint to restore to original condition. This is highway robbery! I should have known something was fishy when Rubina called me to inform me that Armen the tech had arrived and could not find parking in front of my building. She told me to let him park in my daughters' garage spaces. When I told her that Armen's van would not clear the height of the garage, she told me, "Then we should just cancel the job!" I told her ok and then she replied, "We will have to charge you for the cancellation." What kind of professionalism is this?! I was misled by the 5 star reviews. Armen patched two holes on the exterior wall of my house and a more complex situation in the garage. The exterior holes were each about the size of a human torso and required proper waterproofing. The one in the garage involved a sewer pipe replacement and cleanout in the ceiling against the wall that needed to be wrapped. Very responsive and reasonably priced, but the part that really impressed me was that their technician was diligent and held integrity in his work. He was supposed to just do a patch up after plumbers dug a hole to make a shower valve replacement but he noticed the tip of a nail was touching a pipe. He immediately alerted us to make sure to check with the plumber first that this wasn't going to be problem in the near future before he drywalled the hole. He didn't have to do that at all and could've patched up the hole as he was getting paid to do, but he held integrity in his work and was watching out for his customers so he alerted us. There were two areas in my condo that needed both drywall and stucco repair because the plumbers needed to do an emergency slab leak rerouting.
