I have a Galaxy S10Plus. New OS Update came through on Wednesday morning and in the middle of the update it bricked my phone. Nothing worked that i could do. I called around, and contacted Mobile iRepair on Exchange. Dropped the phone off at 11am. They stated i would loose all data and phone would be as new with the OS. I called on Thursday and phone was done by 11am. When i picked it up, Phone was perfect. No lost data or settings. Everything worked and phone was just as it had been before becoming a brick. I am grateful i found them online ! Will take any and all Cellphone repairs to them in the future. Cost was as he quoted, $70 plus tax, and i can't be happier. Even dropped an old phone off for repair as a spare. Don't listen to the other Dark Cloud reviews. This place is Straight Up honest and does great work. I have to give Brad the owner an excellent review! I had many internal phone parts that needed repaired on an older phone.. I called him and was greeted with and given personal customer services through my time with him. reminiscent of the "good Ole days" when an owner took care to listen to and treat each person with honesty and respect. He knew what to order, if he didn't have the part in store, and while being patient and diligent, he worked at restoring my phone to working order.
