Hard Drive Recovery on an iMac. My hard drive went bad on my 2012 iMac. The Apple Store quoted me at over $200 to have the files recovered. A computer place in Hudson I called was $189, and I finally got good news when Computer ER was only $99. Thank god. It didn't sit on a shelf and collect dust. He got to work on it right away. George the owner is always so friendly and will let you know what he has to do to fix the problem. Thank You George soo much for your wonderful services. Another store, which I wont name, took my laptop apart to look at my harddrive. I did not want them to take it apart and did not agree to let them take it apart. Anyways, due to encryption, they could not see my harddrive. IT took 2 people from that store to put my laptop back together and when they put the screws in the wrong place, my case broke. Thankfully, I am so glad I bought my laptop from you and you took care of me. You go above and beyond what your customers need. I have known George Balikos for approximately two years. From the first time I met him he has been nothing but professional, informative, honest and the best I have ever known for technical support. I have an adult son with Autism. I can't tell you how many times he has come to my house to fix his computer, or give expedited service in his shop when I needed something fixed. Recently he helped with a transition for my son Mark to his "forever home". Knowing how very important his computer and TV/DVD/VCR is to him, he helped my husband with the take down and hook up before his shop opened one early morning. He also delayed his own family plans to go to Mark's house after being notified by email that his computer had a "black screen" and he was not able to use it. George's business was already closed for the weekend. I called him and left a message and sent an email .I was upset and not wanting to leave Mark without a computer for the first weekend he was away from home. Within one hour of the phone call George had already called the care giver, diagnosed the problem via phone, and came over and fixed it for him. He sent me a quick email that it had been fixed and he himself didn't want Mark to go through this first weekend without his computer.This kind gesture speaks for itself the service and dedication you will get if you bring your electronics to Computer ER.
