However he submitted his notes caused AllState to deny the claim as accidental - which it wasn't. But Allstate won't review again. I will not use this company in the future.

The man I got on the phone in the office was a D-bag! Instead of saying "He's already on another job and let me see if I can help" he replied with "He's already in Canton, I can't just send him back. He's working on a $15,000 appliance job. He's an expert on those machines. He'll have to call you" It wasn't only WHAT he said, but HOW he said it. Super dismissive. Well thanks for letting me know I'm not important because my washer wasn't worth $15,000. Dean called me back and explained that I had to unplug and reset the controls and everything was fine. Why couldn't the guy on the phone just say "He's at another site, but I will find out what's wrong and call you right back or send someone else" Dean you were great, your manager....not so much.

In March of 2026 I bought a pair of Dahlquest DQ10 speakers. I took them home and after listening…read moreto them they sounded as I remembered them, I owned a new pair in 1980. The only problem was the woofers did not sound correct. I took the cover off and noticed the woofers needed re foamed, a frequent problem. The DQ10's have 5 drivers in them and a complicated crossover system. The woofer is a popular 10" Advent, masonite front, mounted in a 12" frame. The woofers foam has a reverse roll, unique to the DQ-10. When I received the woofers I noticed the foam was installed incorrectly. When I brought this to Micheal's attention, he told me they are correct and that was the way the re cone kit came. If so then he ordered the incorrect kit. He told me if I wanted them reversed, I would have to pay for it. There was also a problem with his rebuild of the crossover. I have provided a picture of the crossover problem. I cannot recommend Orban Audio and will never use him in the future.

**Consumer Warning**…read more Do NOT go here to get your phone repaired. I went to the kiosk to get my phone repaired on a for a assumably lower price. It was less than $10 cheaper than apple so I was very surprised by the high price. I hesitantly paid the fee and took a walk around for the ten minutes it took to repair. When it was done I was pleasantly surprised at first! The man who serviced me was very polite and my iPhone looked brand new! But then not even a week later I was sitting on my back patio doing work on my iPad, I picked up my phone to reply to a text and once I finished I sat it back down and pulled out my lighter and pack of cigarettes as I was lighting it I dropped my lighter onto the phone (keep in mind I'm still siting on the wood of the patio, I'm only 5'10 so in my crosslegged position it was not a far drop at all) so the lighter falls onto the phone and leaves a spider web crack on the device. From the corner to the center?!? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? I saved 10 dollars for the worlds most fragile glass??? I am extremely angry and frankly I feel robbed of my money
