Despite following all post-treatment care instructions diligently, I have noticed absolutely no improvement in the fine lines or the dark spots on my face and chest even after reaching the three-month mark. To make matters worse, my concerns were met with disrespect and unprofessionalism during my recent visit. Melissa the laser technician not only failed to acknowledge the blatant lack of results but also went as far as to blame me for the issue by suggesting it was due to my use of fake tan. Regardless of any external factors, the primary responsibility lies with the service provider to ensure that the treatment is effective. And after 3 months I should be able to wear fake tan on my face after $3000 the brown spots should have been taken care of as this was the whole point of this procedure. She also told me I had already decided the procedure didn't work Before three months because I had called back with questions because my neck & chest didn't even get red, I didn't peel anywhere and because I had questions she said to my face I had already decided that this procedure didn't work.. how unprofessional and disrespectful. It is disheartening to feel worse about my appearance now than before undergoing this procedure.. My overall experience at this office was highly disappointing, The front desk girl was very sweet but other than that I would strongly advise anyone against seeking treatment here. She didn't skip any steps, did an excellent extraction, and finished with a shoulder and neck massage. She recommended a few products that I purchased to help launch my skin journey. I have been a drugstore skincare user for a while, and I needed to invest in my skin. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything, she gave me options and I went ahead and bought all of them. The overnight glycolic gel has been a game changer and I love the face wash also. The office is beautiful and has adequate parking, the entrance to the 500 building is in the back, when you go it'll make sense. The elevator opens to their office, and I believe there are two sides. The spa and the medical office. I was greeted by the main office representative and was directed into the spa. They offer many services. I will be back and I would love to try the vivace soon!
