I brought my car in to get my brakes changed, and ever since then, my brake fuse keeps blowing -- leaving my car completely unreliable. This was never an issue before they touched it. When I asked them about it, they ran my car through their machine but told me they're "not electricians" -- which is ridiculous, because the fuse blowing is literally for the brakes they just worked on. Somehow they see no problem, even though the car was fine before I paid them to "fix" it. Now I'm stuck wasting more time and money to get it diagnosed and fixed somewhere else -- properly. If you value your car and don't want careless work and excuses, avoid this place. They clearly don't stand behind their work or care about doing it right the first time.

Luckily there weren't too many people trying to get their oil changed so I didn't have to wait too long. They do try to upsell you, but they don't push it too hard and they are efficient and quick. They show you your oil at the end and they are pretty good with their whole Groupon system. With the Groupon, it is worth it because you just need to pay the tax after. Alternatively, my boyfriend said that you can bring your own oil to do the change and that saves you a little bit as well.

Within days, we noticed oil leaking onto our driveway every morning. An independent repair shop inspected the vehicle, documented the damage with photos and video, and advised us to return to Valvoline because the leak appeared to have been caused during the oil change. The manager reviewed the evidence and acknowledged that a mistake had been made. However, despite multiple return visits and repeated promises to fix the issue, the oil leak continued. At one point, my daughter was driving on the highway when the car began shaking and lost power, forcing her to pull over. It was a frightening and potentially dangerous situation. What should have been a simple oil change turned into weeks of inconvenience, safety concerns, and a vehicle that still was not properly repaired after several attempts. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service and the handling of this situation.

One thing they show me is a minor fuel leak, but then quote the labor just to get to the fuel pump at $1,600, which is absurd compared to the running average labor costs for that. Most places charge a fixed hourly rate for labor, and I called the place I normally go to and they said it would be just a 2 hour job rougly, so $270 in labor compared to their $1,600 quote for labor costs.... LOL. Next, they show that the fluid levels are low then proceed to say they can't top off the fluids and need to flush each fluid for $250 before topping it off. Coolant and brake fluid don't go bad from "sitting too long with low levels." They're sealed systems. So the idea that they need to be flushed before getting topped off is just them trying to upsell more repairs. They did wind up topping off the fluids for me, and everything else was fine I guess, but I just wouldn't recommend coming here unless you want to overpay for labor costs and have them exaggerate certain issues. Glad I only did an oil change here, I definitely wouldn't trust paying the labor rates they quote here. Also, another thing not going well for them, the person that seems to be running the place is rude, so another thing not going well for the place. Oh and one more thing, they only take Zelle which strips you of a bunch of buyer protection that you would otherwise have with your credit or debit card. Go figure why they only take Zelle.... UPDATE: It only gets better... This place put a defect oil filter on the car too so it caused an oil leak. And also, the control arms are NOT bent and there is no fuel leak issue. When I had a conflict come up with my original appointment, I called and was able to get it moved easily. The check in process was quick, with the associate checking me in getting my car's information, informing me on the cost, and estimating the wait time. My alignment was completed within 45 minutes and I was right back on the road. I would highly recommend NTB and plan to be back for any other needs for my car.
