They were very friendly and informed me that a rock had punctured my condenser. This was true. They replaced the condenser and upon driving the vehicle, the cool air turned to warm air. I returned the vehicle, and I was told the refrigerant was low. They added new refrigerant and the a/c remained cold for 11 miles. I returned to vehicle and was told the compressor was bad. I disagreed due to the age of the car, and took the vehicle to an authorized dealership. I was told at the dealership, that who ever changed the condenser had essentially ruined it during the installation.
