She was run off and now they are running off some of the most apt and amazing techs in BR/Prairieville area. It is not very "Christian-like." 3yrs ago...I brought my car for service and immediately was impressed. They send a text to you so you communicate with what is going on with your vehicle. They let you know pricing up front.I also received a link to see my diagnosis info and other things that they caught that needed attention; and it included pics. La Grove Plaza is much more than a gas station…read more I had to drive to Prairieville a few days ago for work and as soon as I went to leave I realized two things. The first was that the interstate headed to New Orleans was closed and I would need an alternate route (not relevant to the review). Second was that my fuel light was on. This station was the closest place to my alternate route, so I stopped in. Fueling up was fairly standard. The pump area was clean and receipts were dispensed with zero issues. While pumping I was able to get a view of the entire place. There was a massive oil change station as well as a fancy car wash. I've been to plenty of stations like that so I wasn't that impressed. Once I went inside I realized why this station was impressive. The convenience store is giant. What sets it apart is that it seemed 70% of the interior was dedicated to alcohol sales. I'm not talking MD 20/20 or Colt 45. There was a very large selection of high end wine, liquor and beer. There were even some super premium brands available. Apparently people in prairieville are fans of drinking. In summary, come here to get gas, get your oil changed, get a car wash and buy some single barrel Jack Daniels.

On June 16th 2025 I spoke with Anthony to check the status of the plate. He told me take 5 can only order from auto zone. Auto zone could not find the plate for my truck. He said he would go to auto zone to talk to a manager about finding the correct plate. He told me in the interim he would get an OEM plate from ford. As of today I have been driving my truck without the plate. On June 17th Anthony called me and let me know a temporary plate from ford was here. I went over and they put it on in a few Minutes. He's working on trying to get a replacement for the bent, metal one. We suggested that they reimburse me the cost of the metal plate. We can then order it and they can install it. A regional manager called me on June 18th. He wanted a link to the site where I ordered the skid plate. He said they would order one and put it on. June 24th Anthony tried to install the new, metal plate. Having lots of trouble for some reason? After 1 hour he was successful. Anthony appears to be the only guy that knows what's going on. Probably need more training? On 6-25-25 plate rattling under truck. Went back to take 5 and they added washers and tightened the bolts. Oh boy! The saga continues!

But from the first day I went in, they've treated me like a local, always willing to help, giving honest assessments of work that needs to be done - even telling us when work doesn't need to be done. I can send my daughters here knowing they won't be taken advantage of and they'll get the same solid service. It's gotten to be a busy place, meaning it's hard to just drop in for an oil change without an appointment, which is a good sign - places with poor service don't get popular. But, if you have a tire emergency, or some other critical problem, they do their best to help right away.
