I had been ready and sitting out on the front porch with my roommate since about 3:00, so nobody came without us knowing about it. At 4:35, when nobody had shown up yet, I called the office and was told my driver was on the way and would call me to let me know the exact arrival time. At 4:45, still not here and no call from the driver, so I called the office again. It went to a voicemail box that wasn't set up yet. I continued trying to call until 5:00 when their office closed. I had to cancel my appointment and then informed my insurance company. My roommate and I were out on the porch until after 6:00, nobody ever showed up and I never got a phone call from the driver!
